The problem is that Emmanuel suffers from a very low Approval Rating in France, 26%, and an unemployment rate of almost 10%. He was just trying to get onto another subject. By the way, there is no country more Nationalist than France, very proud people-and rightfully so!........

Ha! CCN and Acosta sue Trump and WH aides for removing his credentials and straightaway the WH changes its story.
No longer are they citing an altered video from Infowars as their evidence but rather that Acosta asked two questions, which they say Trump answered, and that he disrespected other reporters. No mention now of assaulting an intern.
Obvious problems with WH response is that a) Trump did not answer the questions but made a series of ad hominem remarks about Acosta and others about CNN, and b) the first reporter speaking after Acosta spoke in support of him to which Trump threw more ad hominem comments at the second reporter.
Video clearly shows only one person disrespecting reporters (Trump) and Acosta has widespread support among the press corp.
It's just lie after lie and all a crock of sh1t.0 -

He can't even get his lies in order.....
The White House said the presidential helicopter had been grounded by the weather and Mr Trump did not want to cause traffic jams with a hastily arranged motorcade.
Mr Trump contradicted this explanation on Tuesday, tweeting: “I suggested driving. Secret Service said NO, too far from airport and big Paris shutdown.”
(The Independent, today)
He's such a bell end.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

This episode just does not matter one bit and I really hope that Acosta is not allowed back in. Do you really think that CCN (sic) would sue a head of state - that won't fit the business model of news reporting at all?. Happy to be shown the writ and very interested on what is the substance of the suit.
Meanwhile the PM has just struck a deal with Europe without involving her ministers....take your pickelf on your holibobs....

5 days of fury for Drumph, seems he's on a mental downward spiral (again), slapping down Theresa May when she called to congratulate him, having a go at Macron, blaming Kelly for for cemetery visit debacle, apparently he's holed up in the WH, sat in a corner sucking his thumb blaming everyone and everything and refusing to have his diaper changed, his aides don't know what to do.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics ... 9f63e5eafcAll lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0 -
Now malaria Drumph wants a national security aide, who she's never met fired.. just another day in the WH

To be fair, if a journalist is not going to give the mic back until Trump has answered a question, it's going to be a very long press conference. Problem is, they don't get to even ask a question before being shouted at about witch hunts.
My favourite cringe moment from the press conference was when a Lebanese reporter asked him about Erdogan, and he pretended not to understand his accent when the journalist clarified who Erdogan is. "I just can't understand you."0 -

Michael Avenatti, a chief critic of US president Donald Trump and the lawyer for porn actress Stormy Daniels, has been released from police custody following his arrest on a domestic violence charge in Los Angeles.Police declined to provide any details about the alleged victim, including that person's relationship to Avenatti.
As he left the police station on Wednesday, Avenatti said he had never hit a woman and said he has been an advocate for women's rights his entire career.
"I wish to thank the hard working men and woman of the LAPD for their professionalism and their work today. They had no option in light of the allegations," Avenatti said.
Nevertheless damage has been caused:The Vermont Democratic Party cancelled events planned for Friday and Saturday, where Avenatti was scheduled to speak, and is refunding ticket sales.0 -
As has been said elsewhere innocent people like Avenatti and Mueller welcome investigations of any such allegations, only those with something to hide would do everything they can to avoid such allegations being investigated.
I've seen Jacob Wohl's name being thrown about regarding this latest allegation.0 -

If his tweet "the inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess" means he actually knows something about the 'inner workings' that he must be getting insider information (it's the first time he's mentioned Mueller by name I think?).
If he's getting info it must be coming from his new AG, which would have compromised the investigation as trump is the subject? All lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0 -
As an aside, I notice that Dotard hasn't mentioned all the new N Korean missile base things and bomb stuff that they are doing when they weren't meant to following his dramatic and ever so successful love in with mad kim mcmad jung mad.

If things ever went truly bad and retreat to the bunkers happened for the most valuable people to the surviving society. Is Trump the first us president that would deliberately get left outside?0
