So Iran is back to being public enemy number one now Rocket Boy is his best mate. He seems incapable of surviving without threatening 'consequences' against someone.

Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is the latest to say it out loud . https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/24/us/m ... ureau.html

“We had a hierarchy in my office in Congress,” Mr. Mulvaney, a former Republican lawmaker from South Carolina, told 1,300 bankers and lending industry officials at an American Bankers Association conference in Washington. “If you’re a lobbyist who never gave us money, I didn’t talk to you. If you’re a lobbyist who gave us money, I might talk to you.”

Isn't it the same in the UK? Until they make it illegal for all politicians/political parties to accept money from donors this situation/corruption will occur. Unfortunately it's the way of the political world :(

But you aren't supposed to actually say it out loud. Due to it being a bit illegal.

But still, the big news is Trump brushing dandruff from Macron's shoulder. He still outdoes himself sometimes when it comes to being an arse.

it was bizarre, even for Trump, it was such an exaggerated sweeping action you wonder what his motive was, macron should have responded by straightening Trumps rug.

Macrons speech to US Congress showing Trump up for what he is, a small minded nationalistic amateur pretend wannabe president. How embarrassed must Trump and the GOP be listening to him, applause, standing ovations with messages that seem to be the opposite of Trumps rhetoric.

No, his first reaction if the speech went down well would be to claim credit for it and totally ignore any conflict with his own policies. Anyone who points out these conflicts will be branded as liars and cheats spreading fake news.

He's doing an interview with Fox & Friends. Been going for half an hour now, and if you ever wanted a greatest hits package of his craziness, this is it.

Plus... He didn't get Melania a birthday present, and he said that Cohen represented him in this Stormy Daniels thing - which is a new admission.

Stormy Daniels' lawyer has already said he can't believe his luck.

Are you voluntarily watching Fox and Trump? That's two things most people would skip.

A senate committee has approved the bill. Mitch McConnell has said before that he won't bring it to a vote in the full senate.

They can potentially bring it without him, and get it passed with a large enough majority so Trump can't veto it... but a long way from being made law.

It was worth it for the terror on the hosts' faces as he went completely loco.

They called an end to the interview after half an hour, saying that they were sure he had important things to do.

To me it is fantastic news that he is coming to the UK in the Summer. I could not really give a toss but it winds people up so that will keep me entertained. He does seem to get things done and polarise people so he will provide an excellent stimulus to a flagging, but legally required, Brexit.

I think that the wall in China preceeded any wall in Texas that has not been built yet. I don't think the Chinese copied anything from America - except for semiconductor technology, military and aviation technology, fast food and software.
