Nah - just used and grubby. I

IfI was using the bike everyday I''d have a sharp intake of breath, but for the 500 miles a year that it's going to be on the road it's fine for decades to come.

How about attacking that caliper bolt with some chrome polish? Then polish up the calipers 'cos they're dull. T47 is an expert in this field.

Be part of the final build planned but don't want to go too overboard on polishing up stuff because it would then look weird on bits of the bike that are showing patina/I can't be bothered polishing (ie most of it).

Methinks KAS or System U. - I have a Z Peufeot top from when I was 14 in the closet, so could dig that out I suppose.

I also have an original long sleeved Castorama tucked away. It doubt that I can fit into it any more - shame really as it's well

Rad dope, but may try it on tonight to see how it goes.

Original late 80s material, so all clingy and itchy.

TDLO in Z Peugoet - now you're talking. Hmmmmmmm- TDLO in aero Z Peugeot. Now you're really talking.

I was originally thinking of plain black aero kit - I bought an aero top from Prendas the other day as it was £20 (and for £20 for a brand new top you can't go wrong and the fit is well nice.

Just tried Castorama on - although it fits it ridiculous.

    All black aero?

I haven't counted, but Piña could have more posts in this thread than MF.

Maybe, but it took me 7 attempts to get this stupid iPad to accept the word "git" so there was absolutely no chance of editing anything in that post.....

After two attempts the iPad adds your version of the spelling to its dictionary, 'git' only has three letters, how did you manage seven variations?

Because I have sausage fingers and got to the point when I was jabbing the screen so hard And randomly I'm surprised I didn't type the word "testicle" instead.

Seriously - after two times? Nah. Trying to work out how to turn it off but really can't be bothered. There, it's just done it again. B'stard computer.

Well, Pinno, you've either got it or you haven't, and it seems that I have both the coolest bike on the forum and the silliest thread.

    So therefore I win.

You know as well as I do that in about 3 weeks you'll lower your head, look around shifting and agree, sotto voce, that "yeah, all, it's the coolest thing in this place."

I can almost hear it now :)

As I have said before, it's now a matching black, red and white job.

Where's the bloomin chain, string-it-out boy?

    That's the I meant.

Chain is in my tool box in the beautiful Campagnolo packaging. It's the cassette I'm waiting to fund, the new brake blocks that I'm waiting to fit (ordered what, a week ago? from CrC and still not here - hope it's not indicative of slipping standards following Wiggle buy out .......)
