So I take it the peloton split on a climb rather than as a result of wind?Team My Man 2018: David gaudu, Pierre Latour, Romain Bardet, Thibaut pinot, Alexandre Geniez, Florian Senechal, Warren Barguil, Benoit Cosnefroy0

If you hear a far distant strangled scream tonight, that'll be Peraud in the shower0

Bidon made from Superglue. Ive never seen a cyclist hold onto it for so long. Will he get away with it... I think he's French"The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0

Should only be an administrative fine. It's not like he took a wheel from another team....a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0 -
Red dossard tomorrow for Peraud, it'll go nicely with all the blood0

What amazed me, is he wasn't even subtle with it. He was openly being towed along for minutes."The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0 -
If the run in is straight, the speed they'll hit that final incline will be so fast you could stop pedalling and still probably make it over the line.
I just don't think that is true for 570m at 9.6%. Someone with lots of time on their hands could even work it out based on kinetic energy and potential energy.
Ok. A rider travelling at 60 kph has enough energy (excluding wind resistance, bike resistance etc.) to make it 14.1m up vertically.0 -

Griepel losing touch with the peloton on the latest climb. Around 30km to go with a 2 min gap to the leaders.0

Le.. Let's not harden anything up here..0 -
Everyone's on that uncategorised climb, leaders 14km from the finish, gap closing fast - at around 1 min at the mo.
Kelderman and Gautier make a move from the leading group ... and TdG joins them.0 -

Got to have some fun on a transfer day. Especially with the absence of the usual epicurean posts in the spoiler thread.
I'd have thought there should be some good saucisson to be had in these parts.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -

Amazing Maths.
Unless reducing the size of the group also reduces teh probability that the break goes all the way...Team My Man 2018: David gaudu, Pierre Latour, Romain Bardet, Thibaut pinot, Alexandre Geniez, Florian Senechal, Warren Barguil, Benoit Cosnefroy0 -

That white lugged C60 looks nice. Works well with white inside the chainstays and a white seat post.0

Matthews maybe fancying this, and asking Yates to assist pulingl the breakaway back0
-
Still fancy Degenkolb for this one. I fear this break will be caught.
You can't mention Degenkolb in a stage with Peraud's bits on display.
He has a forum nickname, you know.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -
