He's usually good at the Dauphine. I think his main objective for the rest of the season is the Vuelta so he'll be in domestique form for the Tour..

He's usually always near enough to 100% all year! I wouldn't have expected this from him today, he was my favourite before the stage (along with Costa who also wasn't great).0
