Fitting that he's accompanied by the spirit of Ballesteros.

Cleat position has pedal almost under arch of foot… Have seen some bits of compelling evidence of the benefits of this from the antipodes...

Iljo Keisse tweeted that day that the best way to describe the Finistre is 10km of Kortekeer (10% av on a narrow road with a couple of steep bends) followed by 8km of the dry ski slope in Blaarmeersen (local country park(.
"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Wearing a Garmin 920XT watch... doesn't look like he has another headunit on his bars either

    Such a mistake that.

If it's on the bike it counts towards the minimum bike weight.

So if you whack it on your bike, you can shave off a few grams elsewhere.

    Incorrect. See Article 1.3.0.19:

The minimum weight of the bicycle (in
working order) is 6.800 kg, considered
without on board accessories in place,
that is to say those items that
    may be removed during
    the event. The bottles,
on board computers and GPS systems
must be removed during the weight
    check.
    However, the bottle cages,
    fixture systems and clipped on
extensions are part of the bicycle and
stay in place during the weighing.
