According to my Twitter feed, Wiggins is in group 2, 4, 5 and on his own, that's some super riding to be all over this race.......

No one knows where anyone is. I've given up trying to figure any of it out. I am zen. I will let the riders be where they may.

Augustijn Blonde open, sausage and bacon sarnie in the grill

An artisan sausage I hope (if that doesn't sound too dodgy).

Hmmm it's 6.07am with me and that sandwich sounds like a good breakfast. I'll forgo the beer though, I have to get to the airport later.

The trick is to remember its there and not burn the house down

Exactly. Naff all I can do about it anyway so I'm just enjoying the riders riding or not whatever, as I say I am zen, or jet-lagged or something.

Wiggins has gone on a solo attack from the Arenberg and has 10 minutes.

Could be Sagan's race today. He's keeping out of trouble but looking good. I hope stannard can pull something off though. Wiggins is starting to look a bit silly, all talk and no form.

Why is there always a Garmindale rider dangling off the back of any race you watch ... They're the new FdJ.

So, am I right, there's a break of nobodys ahead and the group chasing contains all the main guys but it keeps fracturing and reforming over the cobbles?
