    Its rather good fun actually :D Try googling some videos of the runs. Best bike park in the country I reckon.

    Although fair point, we stay over in Newbridge which is way posher (as in the whole pub doesnt go silent when you walk in and you're not local). Although we do stay in a B&B that lets us keep our bikes in the rooms, just to be on the safe side you see :)

    Last time I went there was for the eisteddfod in 1980 something. It was all slag heaps back then. What do you do like, ride on them? :wink:

    Just watched a video of the red run. Reckon I could give that a shot without dying. See what you mean about the rigid single speeder though!

    There are 8 reds, a couple are quite tricky. Don't do it it on a rigid if you want a bike left at the end of the day.
