There is so much wrong with your post I will just take this one snippet. You do know that people in the past had much shorter life spans don't you. There may have been fewer diseases but only because the simple ones would kill you well before some of the bigger nastier ones had a chance to.
Also, if the people of the past were so huge how come they ate so little?

Aren't there 2 ways to lose weight? one is by eating little, and one is by eating a lot. What is the difference?
The difference is one turns muscle into fuel to keep your heart, liver, kidneys, brain etc functioning. The other uses food. Turning muscle into energy causes massive fatigue.

People who were lucky to hit 30 years old, didn't have the scientific knowledge to know different diseases and we're killed by the first disease they got.

When we were little we use to go for hours on empty stomachs without eating food e.g I use to play football and would eat every 3-4 hours. Or sometimes if I was far away from home with the local lads, my stomach would grumble and be in pain because it was so tight and restricted to a small amount of food at any given time, and mostly because I would go for long periods without food and was in a state of constant hunger. So my daily typical intake till I was 16 was, breakfast, lunch, tea and supper, 4 hours apart each with intense running intervals in between and cricket and football.
So you used to eat 4 times a day and exercise a lot and not be fat. What a fooking coincidence!

Have you studied what goes in to the meat we eat?
Yes, that's why I eat organic and avoid mass farmed, hormone pumped cr@p. Tastes much better too.

We have so many rules regarding safe manufacture and preparation of food in this country that dangerous isn't the right term. Bad for your helth, yes. Dangerous over a decade, maybe. Stop eating patties (i.e. burgers) and kebabs.

You need to eat, your lack of energy is due to your body being under nourished.

I haven't researched exercise and diet because I have never believed a fact in that facet of study.
That's pretty obvious. They are called facts because they are facts, truth. And it's called study because unbiased people have studied the impacts of different diets and are recommending the best path to take.

what happens if our bodies go in to a fasting state and eat after 18 hours.
Your body panics and start shutting unnecessary functions down. So you end up tired. I get hypoglycemic and collapse. Some people break out in a rash (lack of blood cleaning in the liver and kidneys), some people lose colour in their face (blood flow is being reduced to the flesh as the organs are priority). You will probably get cold hands and feet. Ultimately your metabolism reduces to keep you alive.

There's more benefits fasting than there is in eating, but this is not promoted in secular society or secular humanism because it defies their objective, to make humans ill and fat and get rich off the food we eat.
Unfortunately this is only 'proved' by people with an agenda to prove it works. Such as religious teachers and fake doctors who want to sell their next wonder diet book.

I work 40 hours a week and commute 20 hours, i'm sure others here have a similar manic lifestyle and also have a wife, kids, sick relatives etc all taking time and energy. We all eat more, exercise more, have more fun, and probably a lot have less fat than you.

    Well eat more then.

Unless you stop making excuses you'll be quoting the same bollox in 20 years with organs that are struggling to work. All but one of which have no ability to repair themselves. I work with plenty of vegetarian, devout muslims, all of them are overweight. It's not meat, it's not religion, it's you who is making you like this.

The lack of food didn't make him think of that.

Or maybe he needs to build up to riding that far, which at this rate won't be 2015

Don't worry it's not my DSLR camera, it's from an iPhone 6. The DSLR quality is about 3 x better but it needs adjusting for each shot which I don't do. I just use it for point and shoot on auto settings. Or on special occasions. Mainly bought it for use abroad and when going out to nice places like walking etc

I haven't walked this much since 2011. When things are going well, I fall ill quite a lot like I get flu 3-6 times a year then I just give up what I'm doing cos the illness I can't cope with but carry on with full time work instead.

Cody, do you actually read any of the comments?

You just reply with random babble.

    Do you have any friends?

Plus you didn't answer yet another of my questions, who ties your shoelaces?

He sure could. Whereas I know I'm a fool so I'll just keep calling him a Cnut
