May I suggest a stop off in Somerset for Thatchers Cheddar Valley cider for righteous is he who does consume bright orange cloudy cider with lumps in it.
Its a good time of year for rough cider. Its March when they scoop off the floating rats to make pasties for city folk leaving the cider suitable for vegitarians.
If you are offered any options other than a standing up cider or a falling down cider then go to a proper cider farm.

The man who cycled the world, Part 3.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r70NHum_psY

Been watching this guy cycle across the Indo-European continent, Iran, Pakistan and India.
I don't understand why he has to consume 6000 calories a day, as they say in the video, which is equivalent to 6 Christmas dinners. All they say is that if he is in calorie deficit, he will lose muscle, energy and fat. But the thing is, the food he's consuming from those agricultural and organic rich countries, the food is natural and free from chemicals and unprocessed and not produced in factory farms with pesticides and additives. So basically it's raw and he is consuming 4 times more energy than he needs. He's not losing any weight, he's just burning off the food he's consumed during the day. I compared him to a clothing model who eats just enough to exercise and look good and thin all the time. The model eats enough just to live and get by, and eats to fill one stomach and the cyclist eats to fill seven stomachs. One is normal and one is abnormal.

If you don't understand why someone doing 4,000 additional calories worth of exercise needs to eat an additional 4,000 calories of food then no wonder you never have enough energy to do any exercise yourself.

I think you will find that a decent Christmas dinner is a fair bit more than 1,000 calories.

    Wow, just wow.

    Cody,

If God is perfect and God created you, why are you using medication to adjust the thyroid level he gave you. Why are you rejecting His design?

Also, if you keep spouting the facts some "scholar" told you about other religions then you may find yourself in some more trouble than the nasty men in the dark bring.

Read some things that were not written by people of your religion, trust the doctors/dietitians/sane people. Prayer does not give you energy, fact, prayer can help you make yourself better by giving you the drive to improve yourself.

If you want to take it back to the book, God created humans who learnt science to teach you about diets and calories. Listen to God.

I'm nowhere near 18ft tall, and there is no evidence that any human has ever been that tall. If you put me in a big coffin when i die it doesn't mean i'm tall.

Oh and i've climbed up to some nice caves in my time. You see, animals climb to escape predators, thats natural instinct, so we survive, reproduce and continue our genetic lineage. Cave dwelling humans did the same. Protection from the elements too. Clever our ancestors you see.

I have no choice, without medication I'd perhaps suffer from a nervous breakdown and possibly end up dead, without the medication or deliberately not taking it knowing it will end my life, It would be suicide and god wouldn't accept that. I've been on this medicine since I was 7. It's genetically inherited, all my dad did was eat junk and take antibiotics for illnesses. Sometimes what we do we don't realise it will have an impact on children and ourselves. Somewhere, someone in my family had hormone deficiency. Gods design is perfect, there are no flaws or rifts in his creation. Do you see any flaws? I could spend my whole life trying, but never see one.

Prayer does give us the drive to improve ourself. Our prophet has taught us, change the inward, and the outward will change automatically and he said, God does not change the condition of a person until he changes that which is within himself. It's a motivation to do good things and be righteous which is different from being good. It's serving a higher purpose and getting rewards for it and obeying a command. I'll give you an example. The prophet said, recite prayers and words of invocation such as, "praise be to god" and "thanks to god", and a tree will grow for you on your land in paradise. He also said, part of a persons home in paradise is barren land so cultivate it in this world by doing good deeds. He said, the worst person in this world, will be the last one to come out of hellfire on day of judgement, he will be given 10x the likes of this world and all that he desires and the distance from one heaven to another will be the span of 500 years, not in english time but in gods time. If this is what a sinner will get, can you imagine what a believer will get? all this makes me want to believe in god and strive to perfect myself and be good to people and help people as much as I can.

I recently set up a direct debit to donate to a company called WaterAid, a reputable non-profit organisation working in poor regions in Africa and Asia. I'm doing much more now than before I think it's important to donate regular and in gods name getting the rewards for it aswell. Without prayer I don't think I would have made a change in my life. I was good before but did bad things aswell like I fornicated with a girl when I was 14, we nearly had intercourse. Prayer helps me realise things and brings to mind a sense of shame for my actions and reformation in conduct and character. Taking god out of the equation from everything we do really is not the solution to understanding mechanism of life. I can understand growing up not knowing god, is difficult and sometimes we don't care and prefer to live that way, but like I said, we were not created to live however we want, we were designed for a specific purpose and, some know why and some don't and some choose to ignore.

And yeah, you only have to open up those graves to see the size of the skeletons of those former people who lives thousands and thousands of years ago. It's just not being highlighted in media or in textbooks in schools for some reason, and instead they are giving us darwinism and theory of evolution to believe in which is pointless really. It could be that god created us in stages i.e from an ape to a man by wiping out each breed over cetain number of years but, maybe at the time of giant humans there were human lookalike men who were apes and monkeys and evolved in to smaller monkeys today. We don't know as we can't go that far back and guess gods creation. It's been written for us the beginning, middle and end. What has been ordained shall come to pass, just like your provision was written for you before you were born.

Which facts you on about, the Zionist Jews who want control over the middle east? whatever they do, America do not object to it. If there is a law or policy Israel don't like, America don't want to get involved but then they do. Study the history of political jewry and you'll be amazed at how this culture of politically elite nation of Jews came to power through each and every nation that lived in Europe, from the Romans to the Ottomans to the Arabs. With the advent of Jewish migrants to set up under the combined conspiracy of Jews and European colonial powers a Jewish racist state in Palestine to destabilise the Muslim Middle East. They did the same in this country the United Kingdom, they wiped out the Muslims in the 12th Century. Did you know it was a Muslim architect who designed Henry the 8th's castle?

The Arab rulers, including the Saudis, sided with Britain during the war on a promise that Palestine would be given freedom after the war. However, instead of freedom Britain helped the Zionist Jews to drive out the Palestinians from their lands and homes and set up a separate state for migrant Jews. Under this conspiracy, actively implemented by the British Mandatory Authority, Jews who had not even seen the place were brought in from Russia, Middle East and other areas to Palestine where 95 percent of the population were Palestinian Arabs who owned ninety percent of the land and now they own jack all.

The rest is history. Everyone knows what Zionism is all about. And they are THE GODFATHERS OF TERRORISM.

Well GCN videos on YouTube said, all you need is a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner.
That's about 1800 cals depending on what it is you have to eat.

You know, I lifted up my Boardman bike last night and realised just how heavy it was than my previous Carrera Fury bike which was very lightweight. Is it worth me changing parts on this bike to make it lighter or buy another bike? I know someone on YouTube said, the heavier the tyre grip the better the control. But is it the lighter the parts the more expensive they are? I haven't even seen a review of my bike by BikeRadar yet, but there was one on the Carrera Fury. Why is that?

Why throw money a bike you can't be bothered to ride?
Or is this your latest crap excuse: my bike is too heavy to ride because I don't eat properly and have no energy.

By the way, I have searched t'interweb for any proof of 18' tall ancient humans and can't find anything. I call bullshit on your claims but will happily accept I am wrong if you show me some proof.

It is a bit too rough to ride, doesn't feel as comfortable as my Carrera did. I know I won't get much for it now if I sell it, probs about £450-500 max and then could buy something maybe cheaper but lighter.

Theres a video on YouTube of a saint visiting a grave yard in India with his disciples and he's got footage showing how big the graves are. Then again, you might hold the notion that it is a video on YouTube and has been tampered with to make it look like they are 18foot tall graves. This sufi saint is known all over the world and has many followers especially Christians and Atheists. In the Bible these giant humans, some who caused havoc on the earth were known as The NEPHILIM which is Hebrew for Giant Humans.

I've been to Makkah in Arabia on my pilgrimage in 2007, the holy land and I visited a grave that was bigger than 18feet tall but it wasn't opened. Now as we have been told by our prophet that the size of Adam was 36 cubic metres high. The original graves or graves of early humans were not built to be shown to the public like they are done now. But this grave the local authority held the belief that it was the grave of Eve, Adam's wife and no pictures or cameras were allowed beyond this point. But then we were told that the grave was in Jeddah in an unmarked tomb but the British and Saudi authority destroyed the markings of the tomb just before the advent of the Wahabbis in the 1920's and also the temple built over it as they believe in a strict form of Wahhabism where marked graves or historic sites are not permitted as it interferes with the worship of god.

We've been told by people throughout the last 1400 years, very pious people who have a physical close link with the angelic world, her grave was 120 metres long, three metres wide and six metres high, which is before it began to fall apart through the centuries. It is a shame, all we have now is its location, the main gate and stories of its existence. They wouldn't open it, islamically it's forbidden to do so and we take these things seriously and have done since the beginning of time.

We'll never know unless we travel and see for ourselves. Science has proven everything including living species were larger in the past and have gotten smaller over time. However they don't know how it happened, except that a big meteor which has never been found hit the earth and not knowing how it found it's direction towards this planet but it apparently had a mind of it's own and saw that the apes or human apes and dinosaurs were living here and it decided to wipe them out, and scientists singling out the other metors flying past the earth which also could have had a disastrous impact on the earth back then and even now.

Don't forget according to scientists the earth was millions of years old and was a tropical forest in the beginning or a swamp. Over time these graves of early humans could have sunken deeper under the earth as a result of soil and greenery growing over them. But I don't think that, we don't have knowledge of the beginning, all we know was according the the holy books, the earth was suitable for a human living either a primitive life, no evidence of a jurassic life except dinosaurs who according to scientists in the 70's lived with humans in the beginning.

Been for a ride in the woods, was very cold and windy to start with but gradually warmed up. Drank 2 glasses of water before I went and had a piece of chicken and a banana. Saw some walkers in the woods but managed to get some pics near the stream and was out of breath riding on the muddy path. Rode for about an hour and half, by time I got back, bike was covered in mud so gave it a water down. Looking forward to tonight though, it's that time of month again, time for some meat. Double joint Roast leg of lamb cooking in oven but I'm gonna have some pasta to go with it and some salad, but only having a small chunk from the leg. Familys gonna eat the rest. I'm not a big meat eater. And the other thing is, I weigh a lot for a semi or someone whose 70% vegetarian. 12 stones for someone who eats a handful of meat once a month and chicken every 3 weeks is a bit odd init. Probabbly not combining enough exercise. Even then I shouldn't be weighing this much.

Any vegetarians on here have a solution?

    Oh, ffs!
Do you really believe that, Cody?

So Adam was 36 cubits high (not cubic metres) was he? A biblical cubit is about 18 inches, so that makes him 54 feet tall!

As for the Nephilim there have been many translations through the ages so the origin of the word is not really clear. It could mean 'giant' or 'fallen' or 'violent'. It all depends which fairy tale holy book you read and which version of that book.

Don't you find it a bit of a coincidence that no one will allow the graves of giants to be investigated or opened? Maybe it's because it all ballocks and the religious leaders are afraid of being unmasked as what they really are: control freaks who wield power through fear and lies.

I believe based on the size of the graves these guys were around 100 cubic litres tall.

Isn't the Blue Whale the largest animal ever known to have lived? Mind you there's probably a 300 cubic square ton mouse buried under those pyramids, so maybe animals were much larger in the past.

I think cool dad may have cracked it! That photo clearly shows people who appear to be about one sixth the height of the Great Pyramid... which makes them 23m tall (according to my rough Father Dougal style calculation). I am guessing they are prophets on camels pictured using the cameras of the ancients.

Animals were definitely bigger in the old days. I distinctly remember in 1969 my mum's shetland sheep dog dog came up to my waist. Last week I was out for a walk and a lady passed me with a shetland sheep dog dog and it barely came up to my knee.

That bloke on the left in the pyramid photo must be a time traveller from the future as he is only half the size of the others. That's further prove that men and camels are getting smaller and will continue to do so. I have professed it so you can now all bow down before me as I am a prophet.

There's definitely a pattern emerging here. The more recent ones they dug up are actually quite small.
