If we get to 200 pages we should all club together and buy Cody a trip on the rubber dinghy rapids.

No, it takes the mickey out of blinkered religious zealots. If you remember, one of the Four 'Lions' was a white bloke called Barry.

This is the recent graze which happened whilst riding. Doesn't make the bike look too appealing anymore or if I came to sell it, it would put people off. It'll need sorting sometime soon.

Should have sold it while you had the chance. Worth bugger all now it's stuffed.

Yeah, nobody will buy a mountain bike that has actually been ridden.

I'm not fussed, I know it's not a Carrera which I use to own and got good money back for but should I be worried? I know with a good concise description and, a proper clean I can get a buyer to give me at least £475. It's a nice bike, rides well for once when I took it off road and had the lockout turned on so it wasn't a bumpy ride. Don't know what I'm going to do when it gets a puncture though, only thing I can think of is taking it back to Halfords every time I get a hole by just taking the wheel off instead of taking the whole bike itself, don't know if they let me do that.

I use to do all my puncture repairs on my cheap second hand bikes years ago. I use to be able to turn any spot I encountered a puncture on into a pit stop. Those days were fun. I use to turn my bike upside down and give it a proper wash, clean the wheels and tread with a brush.

I just don't know how to appreciate a bike anymore, it's a shame really. Growing up I didn't think I'd ever spend hundreds on a bike, in my era it was just unheard of, was like committing a heinous sin or crime. That's how simple we were.

But thanks to an office job and shoot pay, I saved and got a bike.

But I've bought one now, so got to keep it, and use it.

When it gets a puncture - replace the tube or fix the puncture. Or go tubeless....

The rear gear cable has caused that rub. It's on the wrong side of the head tube I think.
I'm pretty sure that on the few I have seen that cable is on the right of the head tube.

So why can't you do them now? Nothing has changed really. It's still just a bike.

Yh I know. Also the word jihad it's not to be misconstrued. Different types of jihad, bible says it's war against the enemy and Koran says it's that as well but greater is the struggle of the soul in worldly matters and everyday struggle. That's what real jihad is. The struggle of the soul. It's not what media are portraying it to be, you will never learn Islam from Fox or CNN news which is run by Zionist agenda to give Muslims a bad name.

    Anyway, just saying.

Different size inner tubes which cost more, or I think it's tubeless .. I don't have a clue.
But fixing tube less I heard it's a problem for most?

It's 650b but your 26 tubes will likely fit as it's only 1 inch more... or just buy a 650b tube... Or just buy some patches. The thing about fixing tubeless is that usually you don't have to as it fixes itself, and if all else fails you put a tube in to get home.

It's lovely hearing the birds singing the praises of its Lord in the morning :)

Got some riding planned today. Need to get dad's car out the way, full valet, wash and leather etc trying to get rid, nobody wants it as its over 12 year old. Tried Ebay, get time wasters on there, so gonna try auto trader this time. Once that's done, can take bike to woods or Park. Got a bit of a pulled muscle in my right leg, maybe cos I didn't stretch before my rides and after, such a pain.

Yh those tubes, I think mine are tube less so they said at Halfords. Don't know if they're costly to repair. I'll watch some tutorials on YouTube and read some stuff on Google, should help. If not, will take some advice from someone.

It just might be worth looking to see if you have tubes BEFORE doing research into tubeless... because they won't be tubeless.

It may make him a revert, but it doesn't make him Asian does it?!? Idiot

Plus that's the second time you've tried that joke and it wasn't funny first time

There's two cables either side for each brake lever. I'll put some black tape on it, should do the trick.
