The only reason there is any capping stone left on the Great Pyramid is because the tall guy in the village couldn't reach up that far to nick it.

Do you really believe that, Cody?

Don't you find it a bit of a coincidence that no one will allow the graves of giants to be investigated or opened? Maybe it's because it all ballocks and the religious leaders are afraid of being unmasked as what they really are: control freaks who wield power through fear and lies.

I don't think it would be sensible or important if I sent you links on the internet which showed the large size of these graves, because you would hold the notion, it is a fake or scam. All you have to do is if you believe the internet is a reliable source of information, google, 'Tomb of the Patriarchs' in Jerusalem and you'll see the graves of prophets. Or google, the grave of Habil and Qabil or Cain and Abel. Inside these tombs are bodies which have never decayed for thousands of years and are huge. That's my point proven. I don't need to open the grave to know their bodies are preserved, I know for a fact by looking at and listening to former Christians who witnessed Christian saints bodies preserved that it is the truth. I am a Muslim and I know if god does preserves the body of a Christian saint, then he will do it to a Muslim or Jewish saint. And I don't mean the modern jews and Christians who run coffee chains as big as Starbucks and observe 1 day a week sabbath or church on a Sunday and rest of the time drink alcahol and let their daughters run wild around men 15 times older than them in inhabited nightclubs full of drunkards and who have stripped themselves of their religious identity.

It's not bollocks, I guarantee you if you saw a tomb being opened you will never think about disbelieving in god again. Then again god has taught us in the final revelation, even if we show them our signs, and they refuse to believe, the punishment for them is doubled in the afterlife because they persisted in violation.

And they the disbelievers used to say, "When we die and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? (56:47)

We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outdone (56:60)

Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat. And you are at that time looking on - And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, Bring it back, if you should be truthful? (56:84)

But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water, And burning in Hellfire, Indeed, this is the true certainty (56:93)

Anyway, I went for a ride yesterday. Felt good. I came home from work at 5.20 today and bought a pot of quakers oats with golden syrup flavour on way back and had that at home, then had some meat just now. I find it difficult eating small amounts sometimes and I feel more hungry that way. I know some dieticians suggest small amounts through the day. And meat and chicken is a big part of these fake diets.

I know cycling through winter is a problem for me and I'm gonna have to do something about that this year. I'm trying to read some tips and advise on internet etc and important thing is consistency is key and regular habit of trying is best.

Is it me or does anyone else hate riding in rain when it's cold. I don't mind when it's humid or warm rain, that brings joy.

My bikes all dirty now after yesterdays ride, I washed it then just stuck it in garage left to dry. I gave the discs a quick leather and that was it really.

It's uninhabited nightclubs you really need to worry about. And duct tape.

Do you like an older man? I'm not quite 480, although I may feel it some days... usually when hungover. I'm not 18' tall either, hope that's not a deal breaker.

Yes, it would be if it was seen and tested by scientists to be the natural, undecayed bodies of giants. Unfortunately religions are stopping the proof being found. Why would that be? Possibly because they are afraid of being proved wrong but you are also not allowed to doubt what is written. In essence religeons is prohibiting the natural human instinct to only believe what can be proved. We are all born as scientists, unfortunately some people feel the need to drive this out of you.

Is it not written that if you prove one part of the Koran is incorrect then the religion has ended? Big gamble on opening those tombs eh?

If only you were allowed to gamble, this X-ray vision would be worth billions.

Being religious is not about the seven thousand rules you have been taught to follow by your parents. Faith is about your relationship with whichever supreme being you believe in, yours, not your parents or their parents. Just because one branch of Islam believes "cover the bosom" means don't walk around with breasts on show and someone else translates it that you should not show any skin at all, doesn't mean one is more religious than another.

For once you are correct. If a tomb is opened and I am shown this gigantic, perfectly preserved, 2000 year old, prophet, then I would believe. Unfortunately this hasn't happened and even when some religeon reveals something new they never allow full studies to take place.

You don't eat enough, yet you're hungry. Hmmm, what would be the next logical step in this process?

Meat and chicken (which is a meat by the way) are part of a healthy diet. Whoever told you to eat it once a week or once a month obviously is a class A idiot. These fake diets are the ones which have been proven through testing to keep people healthy and alive the longest. Ignore them if you wish, but just like the way you accepted the doctors treatment for thyroid, eventually you will need to accept the dietitians advice.

You are 12 stone which is a normal weight for your height. The reason you have a belly is because that 12 stone is made up of very little muscle because you wasted away by not eating, your body dissolved muscle into energy to keep your organs working.

Muscle burns calories even when sleeping. Fat doesn't.
You make muscle through exercise and protein
cycling + chicken = muscle = loss of fat = your target

Ah, now you are changing your story somewhat. There definitely are large graves and tombs. No doubt about that. However, a large grave does not mean a giant is in it. The Taj Mahal is a tomb, a blinking massive one, but there are no giants in it.
You still cannot give any evidence of the undecaying bodies of 'prophets' though, can you?

You looked at and listened to former Christians, did you? How come they are 'former' Christians? Is it because they realised all religion is just made up fairy tales?

I never will see a tomb opening though, will I? Your religious bigwigs won't allow it because they know it's all rubbish.

Next time you ride your bike why not have a think about what is giving you the energy to do it. It's not prayer or the will of some fairytale character. It's food. Do yourself a favour and start eating properly. You will feel better.

Aren't there 2 ways to lose weight? one is by eating little, and one is by eating a lot. What is the difference?

My diet It's actually based on people of the past and their diet, they ate little and did a lot more which is why we now know there were lesss diseases they suffered from and illnesses.

When we were little we use to go for hours on empty stomachs without eating food e.g I use to play football and would eat every 3-4 hours. Or sometimes if I was far away from home with the local lads, my stomach would grumble and be in pain because it was so tight and restricted to a small amount of food at any given time, and mostly because I would go for long periods without food and was in a state of constant hunger. So my daily typical intake till I was 16 was, breakfast, lunch, tea and supper, 4 hours apart each with intense running intervals in between and cricket and football. I use to eat a lot of steamed roast chicken at weddings every weekend for 6 months every year but now I don't like it.

So dropping meat and chicken from my diet is a bonus for me. Have you studied what goes in to the meat we eat? it's like some of these lads on the above posts taking the mick that pulp is in factory farmed food and I'm being honest it really is dangerous. I'll give you an example how dangerous it is. Chunks of excess fat and chicken out of date bits stuck together to make patties or donner or something really fancy on a McDonalds menu etc junk food equals junk mind, a deprived mind of the right to be healthy and live a normal life. I choose to be religious when it comes to eating. It means being sensible, eating only when one needs to eat. I haven't researched exercise and diet because I have never believed a fact in that facet of study. I always thought, the researchers only skim the surface and tell us, eat more equals burn more equals weight loss. But they never look deeper in to it like, what happens if our bodies go in to a fasting state and eat after 18 hours. There's more benefits fasting than there is in eating, but this is not promoted in secular society or secular humanism because it defies their objective, to make humans ill and fat and get rich off the food we eat.

I'm just stuck in an office job at moment which is really getting me down because I come home finding that I have no energy or motivation to do any training. I only have enough energy to pray which is a necessity, without it I wouldn't have a clear conscience. I'm working part time for next 6 weeks and have 4 days off work each week. I hope to devote as much of those days off to riding as possible, aswell as getting some gardening done.

By the way I really felt like a pizza today so had 5 slices of veg pizza. I've started eating quaker oats the small pots at work during day around 3pm with a banana and a small breakfast in morning and just come home and eat a meal at 5 or 6pm. I can't really afford to pay £700 a year on lunch at work, the Quaker oats are only £1.05p. I suppose they're healthier than sandwiches and baguettes,
