Audi's are without exception, all driven by c**ts. They have made BMW's seem socially acceptable.
Why not just buy a Skoda Octavia? Its the same engine and chassis but better build quality and half the price. Plus you will look like less of a c**t.

My neighbour bought an Audi A4 avant sport 1.9tdi in 2004, he's got rid of it in 2014 and has replaced it with a BMW 520d SE.

Audis last long, they do moon miles the old engines. The new series of engines are a bit of a flop which is why they're going down in price at a considerable rate.

I don't like look of Skodas, I like good quality engines, robust and reliability with a bit of tech quality.

But to be honest the new Audis interior is a crock of sh*t.

I went to Toyotas a few days ago, saw the new Auris Sport and Auris Icon Plus, looks really nice with touchscreen display but they've come down in price really fast.

But my dad said he wants me to get a new car this year. I am not sure if I should buy one, I'm suppose to be saving up for an investment property which is going to cost me at least £60k and I've only got 1/3 of that in savings, the rest I need to keep saving. Dad might just buy it for me and I pay my dad back interest free otherwise getting a small mortgage of around £40k could be practical, then again banks depending who, charge something like 6% interest. Not sure what to do really, car or house, but I know houses don't drop in value as much as cars do. A car for £10k is worth £1000 after 7 years, a house is still worth what you paid for it. Both come with maintenance costs and management responsibilities, house more so than cars depending on how much wear and tear they go through. But in the end, the most profitable is the house.

I don't want to take a gamble now with buying a car and lose out on financial profit in the near future by not buying a property, so buying a house might be worth while. Just takes a lot of patience. In the 80's and 90's big 4 bed houses were around £15k, but now it's prices have just shot through the roof. A basic 2 bed terrace will set you back £65-80k, and not even modernised. My grandad came to this country to work in the mills in 1950 and we bought a big 4 bed terrace, 2 reception room, 1 large kitchen basement, 2 bathroom, for £5 grand! We sold it recently for £120k, but the same house in the area we live in now it would be worth between £180-200k!

So yeah the balls in my court, it's how I play with it. I'm gonna decide what's right. I took a gamble with a bike for £600, bit silly of me really and it's only worth £400 max now. I've hardly ridden it, It is a bit of a ruff ride, doesn't ride as smooth as my Fury did. I don't know why I didn't just go for a carrera bike. It was half the price. I said I was going to ride everyday this week, but I'm kinda ill at moment, drank some bottled water and got infection from it.

Yep. I've got an A4 estate, not worth £19k though. It's a cnut's car without a shadow of a doubt, only a cnut would think they are any good. It's a load of complete w@nk.

What reg is it, are you having mechanical problems with it?
Did you pay a lot for it when new?

    Simple in the 'kin head!

You only drive 2.5k - 3k a year and want to waste £19k on a car for shopping!

And what does "but want to increase that to 6000 per year" mean? You think you aren't doing enough miles so are going to just drive around until you hit some arbitrary mileage?

    Maybe I shouldn't lol

My brother's driven my car last and this year to work and back. So, he's done about 4,500 miles on it, and I've done about 500.

I am moaning about a £600 bike, you think I'd really pay £19k for a car.

I don't drive much. That says it all really.

flirtatious talk of words, cleavage showing poor dress sense which arouses men, no shame on talking about sex and men etc once you get that far in life, its easy to know they done it before marriage or in teens.

By the sound of it, his dad. He's tellimg him to buy a new car so I expect he does a lot more.

It does say a lot really when a grown man (I use this term very loosely) such as Cody is being told what to do by his dad, I'm all for taking advice from parents etc. but once in your 20s I think its time to cut the apron strings and make your own decisions.

Most definitely this. I'm also struck by how obsessed he is with 'stuff' - not to mention the endless excuses for not riding his bike, which he should definitely SELL so that someone else can get some actual enjoyment out of it.

The urge to punch is strong. Not sure punching my screen will satisfy that urge.

Male or female hooker? I think he's so deep in the closet that the only thing to bring him out is some male hooker smashing his back door in.
Im sure cooldad can recommend some big stallion.

    You misogynistic, sick twat.

It sounds to me as if you have had a life full of fail and are just looking to unload all your hate and frustration on women.

Still living at home, doing what daddy tells you to do, your brother taking the piss with your car, wasting money on stuff you then sell.

Leave home, dump the religious baggage and get a life before it's too late.

It's from 2004 but only done about 40,000 miles, no problems they are just sh!t. No, I wouldn't buy a new car, I paid £3.5k for it 2 years ago. My bikes are worth more than my car, why have an expensive car if I only do about 4,000 miles a year. my bikes do more than that. Don't waste your money on a car you don't use. Tell your brother to buy his own and tell your dad not to be ridiculous. Put your money into a house, it sounds like they are virtually free up there.

Depends on your salary really, Cameron spouts all sorts of guff about average income but most of that is boosted by city w/bankers who live in London.

I bought a house for my daughter, 3 bed semi with a big garden in a right state, guy died in there and it had 3 kitchen fires. We paid £73k, stuck an extension on it and spent about £30k, its probably good for £125-£130 now but it took a whole lot of effort, praying and salmon fish to get there.

I was exaggerating to highlight the spend on a car relative to the price of a house. Spending £19k on a car you never use when you want to buy a house for £60k is ridiculous. Keep the mortgage to a minimum, the car is a luxury.
