There, poor bloke, he does have another expression.
  • Kiri has gone solo from the break. The terminator has 45 secs on Favilli, Bilbao and Le Bon
    Contador is the Greatest
  • 42km to race, 1min lead on those three and 4mins on the peloton. Would be great for him to hold on.

Kiri had a great TT yesterday. Well at least I thought it was a really good effort. I was surprised no-one else commented on it
  • Well he has form in the Worlds TT.

He know has 1.40 on the others (who have given up) and 3.30 on a Katusha led (fast) peloton. 35km.

    COME ON KIRI!!

2:48 now, 30 secs back in 5 minutes

No need for knee-jerk excitement yet at all.

Same (or very similar) to Cav in the Tour isn't it ?
  • Game over for Kiri. 24km 2.30.

Sagan shockingly bad unless he is not trying at all.

I know that only too well, having been knocked off my bike and broken them both in the same blow...

Hence my post as Cav had a disruption at the top of the scapula

No, his injury was a dislocated clavicle which unsurprisingly tore apart the ligament in the acromioclaviclar joint. He may have popped a little bit of the acromion off of the scapula- I could not see this reported though (its the pointy highest bit on your shoulder blade) but the main work would have been sorting out the ligamental damage. Its a very different injury to a scapular fracture if that is what Quintana has done.

    45s at 11k to go.

Knee-jerk reactions firmly muted. All together for the final climb.

    14% at 2k to go of a 9.5k climb.

There are berks absolutely everywhere. So many in fact that if you go on journey to somewhere that you've never been before then don't even bother taking a berk with you, cos there's bound to be one there when you get there.

I think too many There's - you can take that one out. It's a good line tho

Don't worry, it was rubbish, they are all swapping about at the front Cannondale on it a moment ago.
  • Deignan stringing them out. Arredondo 2nd wheel. Contador fine. Froome at the back with three others. Contador has teammates.
