    Give it a good soak in a hot bath followed by a damn good squeeze. You can bend over and reach your knee with your own mouth, right?

    the pus + pain continued last night and this morning, sure enough after my ride I pulled an inch of left behind suture, instant pain relief in that spot, i think there's two more bits still left.

    thanks to yet another Friday evening train chaos compliments of SWT i had to take 3 trains and over 3.5 hrs in the process whilst sitting on the floor (due to the bad neck) i've split the bottom of my scar
