Ryan Mullen solo in the Irish RR. Sounds like he might well have it in the bag.

Wow. Mullen did indeed take the title. Not bad for a 19 year old.

Should have won the Elite TT title too but a technicality saw it go to Hutch instead.

Izagirre takes the Spanish RR just aheas of Valverde and the bunch 10 secs behind...would have been much better if Valverde won.

15k to go in France. FDJ are going to make it into a sprint. Demare vs Bouhanni.

Simon, Gallopin, and Vichot have other ideas though.

Demare leads out Bouhanni all the way through the finish line to take the FDJ Championship.

    10km to go in Belgium.

Shame that Demare won ahead of Bouhanni - no chance they would have helped Bouhanni as the DS explicitly said they wanted it to remain in the team.

Bouhanni was on Demare's wheel when Demare launched. Bouhanni went backwards.

35secs to the peloton. OPQS not working yet. Gilbert and Meersman active.

Sep trying to get his fellow break mates to work as usual.

Peloton riding like fairies a few attacks in the front. Leukemans attacks the peloton. Really hope Sep takes it - 100% certain he will represent the colours properly.

If you're going to gift someone a victory, dont roll in behind applauding. He might as well cross the line shouting "im the best, I let him win, look at me, im a great guy". The victory has no credibility.

Not so sure about that. They both had the same speed, with Bouhanni not able to make up any ground. But I don't think he lost anything there either. Pretty evenly matched.

All the attacks have brought the front group down to 15secs.

A bunch sprint is a total failure.

Unforunately OPQS are turning it into a sprint.
Bakelants leading De Weert, Pauwels, Van Keirsbulck, Maes and Boonen

Sep, pure racer, has gone from the break but will be brought back most likely.

Ooh tasty - gap is now 24secs. Very odd time gaps given out given OPQS just came to the front and started drilling.
