Belgium's is in Wielsbeke, completely flat, although lots of turns. Proper kermesse circuit
Spain's championship is in Ponferrada, I assume on the same circuit as the Worlds this year0 -
Yes it is the same circuit...last I heard was hardly any riders from WT were turning up due to a dispute which would be a shame.Contador is the Greatest0

Riding a 58x11 apparently !0 -
Thibaut Pinot (FDJ.fr) will not participate in the Championships of France at Futuroscope. The French hope (24) caught bronchitis in the Alps this weekend at the Tour de Suisse he finished in 15th place. To allow it to rest and heal before the start of the Tour de France, on July 5 in Leeds, his team chose to preserve him.
What have him and Cav been up to ? At least it's not glandular fever I guess (kissing disease)0 -
Chavanel French TT champ for 6th time0

Hutch won the Irish Nationals again. Ryan Mullen beat him squarely on the night to take the U23 title but despite setting the fastest time is ineligible for the Elite title. Caroline Ryan won the women's title.0

That's just stupid

Bittersweet result for me in the National Champs TT tonight. 2nd place to a brand new rider, who could just well be the next World Champ!“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -
Wow that Ryan chap went fast. Clipping a minute of Hutch is something.
I continue to dislike this chap. Not an ounce of modesty in his body.

National TT champs. Only gone and won it.
Can someone tweet him so he is aware a youngster smashed him?Contador is the Greatest0 -

Peter Velits won the Slovak TT but without being disrespectful to the other riders, there wasn't a lot of competition tbh0

UCI rule apparently.
Mullen will get his own back though. I suspect he'll win the U23 World's this year. He's very modest and deserving.0 -

Yep and if you remove the red and blue he looks even better:
Contador is the Greatest0 -
Wiggo looking seriously lean last night. Can't help wondering what the point of that is since he made such a balls up and now has July off.0

It's getting a bit mixed up, the UK and non UK champs threads!0

Bit of a daft rule on the u23 if its the same course and distance - it would be better to just have them all in the same competition and then have the u23 podium made up of those who qualify for it and if someone is fast enough to be on top of both podiums then they would clearly deserve it rather than the open winner having a bit of a hollow victory.Crozza wrote:what bike is that? is this the guy who used to ride for PX?
