Do you get e/w on betfair? Used to de done on top 3, top 5, top 10.

But yes, e/w would be a podium finish.

I said Ryder would attack and Uran will not be in pink by Monday. He will be attacked again tomorrow. Evans play's it smart he could be back in pink tomorrow. This is going to be one muthurfudger of a last week. Ryder looking strong and he has the Bal%s to attack from a long way out.

If you click on the rules button it will tell you, but mostly likely yes.

Has anyone got any PTP points from that?

Where's Maca and his graphs when you really need him?

I agree-ish. Evans played it smart today making Uran's boys chase and not killing himself to try stay with Pozzo (god he gives me the creeps)

Think we'll see a lot of changes and a few people are bound to lose a packet suddenly.
Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.

You have to wonder, if some of the riders are already looking visibly spent, what kind of situation we're going to have on the Zoncolan. Anyone in that top 10 could suddenly blow up and lose 3-4 minutes. I think the winner could well gain the pink jersey for the first time at the top of Monte Zoncolan.

Anyone know what happened to Arredondo? Did he have a mechanical or just blow up?

Took a long while to get going, but didn't disappoint when it did.
Saw Battaglin clawing his way back and thought "Bad luck Dario". :)

After the ET TT of Uran, it's back to earth with a bang.

Quintana shows the forst signs of stirring after his fortnight of flat hibernation.
Pozzovivo, never shy when it comes to attacking.

Kelderman continues to impress, Aru continues to exceed the hype of his most ardent fans.
2 years ago, Dombrowski was destroying him on the Baby Giro climbs.......

Looked to me like a total blow up, but I haven't heard anything one way or the other yet...

Really good stage that, not the toughest mountain stage on paper but these seem to be the stages that encourage aggression. Have to feel for Cataldo, well and truly mugged then perfect timing from Battaglin on a finish that seems to have been tougher than they'd expected. Nairo back, Pozzo being aggressive and Uran looking vulnerable - should be a really good final week. Bring on tomorrow :)

Yeah that is what is going to happen. It's so steep it is going to smash the race to pieces particularly as you have grinders and lightweight Pozzo and Quintana.

It is a shame that Hesjedal and Rolland didnt get more of a gap for their efforts...maybe if Hesjedal didnt have to do all the work.

What is your thoughts/predictions Iain? Its so open with so many tough stages. A very brave soul with "good sensations" could win this race. The mountain TT could really be special. Love to see one in the Tour

I reckon tomorrow might be interesting. With just the one big climb you'd expect a high pace before it and you're going to want to try strangle Pozzo and Quintana's chances.

Next week is when bodies start to freak out, so that's when you start seeing people fall apart. You'll need to have a good head though - The guy who starts riding a reactive race will be the guy who finishes 8'th or something.

I've been not watching pro cycling for long. Around 5 years now, but what I found is that the Giro has been always like that. Most exciting and usually less predictable than the other two grand tours. This year is just amazing so far, and it's not even in its final week!

Pausing the video it looks like there is something dark on the road behind the marshall - not sure what this could be though. Horrible crash, hope the guy makes it through.

Yeah seemed to be flagging a pothole, surely they recce the course and get dangerous potholes on the racing line filled in advance?
