Ryder struggling to keep the wheel of Haas. That's not a good sign.

I think OPQS are going to ride these little groups down. Rolland only has 20 seconds now.

I love it, wish they would do it more often.

GShim did it in 4Days - wonderful that was.

Either Izagirre is out there for Quintana, or Quintana isn't feeling any better.

Rolland likes this tactic doesn't he. He does liven things up but the guys in the original break must hate him.

It could work out well actually. It forces OPQS to do most of the work. Even though they were going to anyway.

The beard and the glasses make Hejsedal look like a playmobil surfer dude.

Roche goes now from the break.

Looks like a good stage, but we can't go up Oropa without mentioning THAT Pantani effort.

    Roche isn't going to maintain a 50m gap over a 30km descent.

Hmm, I wonder what Dan Martin would be doing right now if he was in the race.

10 secs over the top for Roche.

Shame on the rest of the break for not trying to give it some gas.

Roche crests the climb at 41.6km to go and has got an 8sec gap as Wellens gave it a sprint to get the points for 2nd.

Stage hunting having already bombed a huge amount of time probably.

BMC getting up to the front of the peloton right before the descent apparently. Would be good to see them give it a go coming down.
