    Arredondo mechanical?

Quintana goes to the front, Anton there. Pozzo comes forward - two riders with him (brilliant team support by them all Giro). Uran looking fine.

Arredondo wtf? He just stopped pedalling.

    Quintana with a pump fake.

    Uran group about 4.30 back.

Hesjedal and Rolland still pushing (mainly Hesjedal).

AG2R strong in numbers but not sure there is much support in those legs.

Kelderman still in the GC group. Two AG2R riders setting the pace. Strongest team in the race?

Poels is there but at the back.
Aru, Kelderman there as is Majka.

Not much spirit in the group today - giving Uran a free ride.

Timmer is doing an awesome job. Still 36 seconds to Cataldo. 3:30 to Rolland.

Huge crowds - not getting much of a show from the 'biggest' riders.

Interesting to see whether anyone tries to bury Quintana today.

Timmer doesn't have anything close to 36 seconds any more, Cataldo coming up maybe 10-15s back with someone else

Attack time in the main group! Pozzo again, Quintana following, bit of a gap atm
  • As predicted, Evans POP!

Pozzo goes. Only one with spirit.

Majka good legs but no spirit.

    Quintana, Uran, Kelderman.

    Uran pumped as expected.
