Absolutely! Looks like they did the same as City v Burnley (the comeback specialists!!) and thought they'd already won it a 2-0.

Hey Stevo, next time your down the Bridge, give this back to Moaninho. He spat it out earlier at the Lane
But, at least you're still top of the league (on alphabetical order)
Let's also hope the FA look at Cahill's cowardly assault on your tormentor-in-chief, Harry Kane and give him the red card and 3 match ban he thoroughly deserves! :evil:Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
What a waste of points today. Thought we'd won it at half time, shocker.
But the day did brighten up, Kane is good isn't he. Spending all that money on soldado and then someone like that comes through the academy. Good on spurs. Plus Mourinho interview was gold - what a tw@t! What's the conspiracy the talking about?0 -

It will do us a favour! He's been poor lately but that was a shocker from all the back four today. Fair play to Sp*rs, every dog has its day. Well that happy new year didn't last long.
Oh and be careful in that glass house, it can be dangerous.

Well I have to say I didn't expect that scoreline! But even after all our dropped points over the Christmas period, City still aren't top :P I reckon we will bounce back quite strongly from that - the poor schmucks who are playing us at The Bridge this month had better watch out"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." 5 points out of the last 15 available in away games is hardly championship form! Especially given that you've had virtually a fully fit squad to play with!
Yet with a huge injury list, mainly involving key player and ALL of our strikers at once for several games, Manuel the waiter has managed to match the world's greatest coach  in the first half of the season.
Maybe the Russian tramp missed a trick losing out on Pulis! Maybe he would have been streets ahead of City by now with a fully fit Chelsea squadStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
Throwing away a 2 goal lead to Burnley is hardly the form of Champions, which you almost repeated today. Ditto losing to Stoke and West Ham (we beat both of them comfortably). That dodgy defence and switching off after going ahead won't go away - it's in your DNA"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

Yes but our dodgy defence has concede exactly the same number of goals as your super dooper defence. And, without our strikers for most of the last two months we have scored exactly the same amount of goals as your unrivalled attacking line up of Fabregas, Hazard and 'cup of coffee'. If our worst has matched you best, then I know which position I would rather be in!Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
Despite fielding the most expensive starting 11 ever (c.£270m) against Stoke today, King Louis' philoshophee appears to be 'hoof it'!

Liverpool FC: "Ref can we have a penalty?"
Ref: "Sure thing"0 -
Southampton man of the match - Szczesny.
Save of the match - Debuchy.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

We battered Spurs 4-1 and beat Southampton away comfortably 3-0. What's your point?

Arsenal..WOEFUL defence..it is really laughable!!
Liverpool, so so average..if the ref hadn't given 2 totally dodgy pens they would have lost!!
Chelsea…so its a conspiracy when ALL your team are sh it!!
Man Utd…average at best…people asked why Mourinho sold Mata…yesterday was why!!
Man City…the only alleged super team that actually looked goos.
S/thampton…..another top performance..they have GOT to finish Top 4..if only to rattle a few egos!!!
I have no Prem team, so I feel genuinely impartial..my team are REALLLLLLLY sh it in the C/ship!!
Oh and Gerard leaving….best decision…lets just hope he doesn't sign a deal, and then turn traitor, a la Lampard, Gerard strikes me as having a bit more class….for a footballer that is!!0 -
Vinny, spill the beans and tell us who you support. Some of us could do with cheering up a bit after yesterday and to do that, sometimes you need to look at teams that are really crap"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

Don't like this idea that players should be loyal in sport, give what you can when you are there but sometimes time to move on. Pretty sure Gerrard hates not moving to Chelsea or Real for a league winners medal.
Don't get me wrong sad to see him go, but he chokes more than he expands Liverpool today. Not sure Rodgers or the transfer committee know what they are doing.
At least these results kept the table a bit open rather than a canter to April0 -
Stevo… I support the mighty mighty Sheffield Wednesday!!!
Now, theres a team that are a cautionary tale for any would be Premiership contenders!!!
Languished in the lower leagues until recently somehow getting back into the C'ship, where I think they are destines to stay, or go lower!
They are the draw experts of the table, but do NOT make for exciting footy, but at least I have no false expectations like fans of the Top 6 in the Premiership…who all feel they deserve the title..no one deserves anything footy wise…you get things by hard work…NO team is too good to go down/lose big at all!!0 -

There are some fans in the top 6 of the Premiership who don't feel that it's their divine right at all. Funnily enough it's not the ones that were singing "Calum Chambers, he left 'cos you're shit" (despite us being above them in the table and on our way to beating them for the second time this season - and with them fielding tens of millions of pounds of talent that our academy developed ). Having been through what we've been through I can sympathise with you but can tell you that there is always that chance......we were fortunate to have a great infrastructure when we went into administration so were therefore attractive to an "investor".Trail fun - Transition Bandit

Great player though he was, I think he is now past his sell-by date, so this won't happen.
We won't need him next season anyway because super Frank might still be thereStatistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.0 -
If Gerrard was at City now and not Fat Frank, would Gerrard be scoring as many as Frank is? No chance I say!
Hate to say it as a United fan but Gerrard just isn't good enough to play at a club like Man City with the aspirations they now have. It would be a step backwards to slot him in midfield at his age. Frank on the other hand is still scoring goals at his age, whereas Gerrard used to score goals and doesn't anymore.
Hard to say who is the better player out of Frank and Gerrard, but I say Gerrard for his killer through balls, but I dunno though Frank scores, they are too different to compare, yet so similar they shouldn't be in the same England team.
That scouse pundit was raving about how Gerrard is perhaps Liverpool's greatest ever player, just lol. I mean, I am laughing because I agree. If he is their greatest player or even one of them, that sums the club up to be pretty average. Roy Keane and Patrick Vieira were always miles better than Gerrard and just made more stuff happen. Scholes as well, miles better than Gerrard. Even Michael Carrick is.
Apart from his killer through balls (to Owen mostly, a long time ago) and his unbelievable strike against Southampton fourteen years back, Gerrard hasn't ever truly impressed me for a midfielder, he is just reliable and a "good" midfielder - when he isn't slipping.0 -
I don't feel a divine right as an Arsenal supporter to a premiership win. It's just that Arsenal have a team of highly talented players who are actually less than the sum of all it's parts. I cannot believe that after their recent defensive frailties and the return of Koscielny, they haven't learnt their lesson or improved.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0
