So apparently Arsenal man is richer than Chelsea man.

I hope chelseas assets get frozen
    Not much chance of that.

In related news, Liverpool exchange their title hopes for £70m

Don't be silly, we all agreed they couldn't defend.

Sturrige will score 9 goals this season so that means Liverpool will finish 12th.

Good point but stop bigging them up by suggesting they'll finish 12th.

    Will they not then?

It's a shame he bit that guy, would have got close or more than 100m I reckon.

Before we bought Suarez, he was unheard of. Thtink we bought him for around 25m. 50m profit not bad. We have a history of buying players cheap and turning them. Hopefully we can do that for Bony. I think he scored like 30 goals for Swansea last season, and that's with a Swansea midfield. Suarez scored more but with a Liverpool midfield. Fingers crossed

It's all about to kick off soon.

Maybe we should have a transfer ticker.

I think the following is mostly bollox:

    Why would anyone buy Wiltshire?

It is one of England's largest counties but on the other hand Wilshere is an over rated player.

Hey! I 'm getting used to this sarcastic drivel lark.

It's going to be a tight one this year.

I see Costa scored, guess that's why Stevo is taking it all on the chin at the moment.

Start as you mean to carry on 8) The league table after 1 game is looking quite a bit like a lot of the pundits think it will finish - except Arsenal is one place too high

Not difficult for a Liverpool fan

I think this is the one to use as the other was a 'prediction' thread and the season has started now...

Soldados supposed to be world class too. I know he doesn't have the support but it was worth a shot

Plus liverpool have been known to turn relatively unknown strikers into world class - suarez being a prime example. Hopefully origi will follow suit
