Feck knows mate. She's stopped trying to explain it to me.

To be honest we've only just stopped laughing after work tried to persuade me that a holiday in Somalia was a good idea - that suggestion was a good few days ago.

    Oh - that's simple.

Potential post hernia sub cutaneous haemorring/haematoma leading to deep vein thrombosis and possible pulmonary or cerebral embolism.

    Works a treat.

No, no, no. That would provoke Mrs Bally calling the nee-naw boys and girls.

    Try again.

I've got an alpha jersey. Wasn't warm enough last monday. You got that aeron softshell thing? Been looking at that, 80 odd quid at mo.

It is a most excellent piece of attire. Roomy enough for whatever base layer you want but not loose. I think all the Castelli stuff is a bit neat (neater on you) aside from the Espresso. But that is for really cold and probably overkill, however, it breathes very well.

I have this one. It's my goto jersey jacket thingy:

Ooh, I've never been here before. Not up to much. Bit of wine, bit of peaky blinders.

Alpha jersey does me most of the "winter" down here. Long sleeve dhb merino base layer. I have a Mortirolo for if it gets cold.

What size you got? I've got a medium alpha and reckon it's perfect, so I reckon a small in the dhb

No, medium - i've seen you. I have the Aeron in medium. I sold my Alpha jacket. I was very disappointed but got good money for it and put the money towards the Espresso.

Medium stuff usually bunches up around middle. Mine's an alpha jersey, not jaiket.

It's a good fit and has a very good lower back section to it. I don't find it bunches up.
