My dhb baselayers are medium, the alpha jersey is XL. Make of that what you will. The baselayer is properly snug as it should be. I probably need an L next time I buy a Castelli jersey.

I have a giro synthe helmet. I have no hats. I did have a cap, but it didn't fit under my helmet. I run very hot.

I've just watched a piece of television I never want to see the like of again. Sing, dreadful acapella. My cousins lad was in it so felt I had to watch. Fortunately recorded so could ff the others. Unfortunately his group got through so I'll have to watch again.
Do not under any circumstances watch it, its dreadful.

    Oh - that's simple.

Potential post hernia sub cutaneous haemorring/haematoma leading to deep vein thrombosis and possible pulmonary or cerebral embolism.

    Works a treat.

No, no, no. That would provoke Mrs Bally calling the nee-naw boys and girls.

    Try again.

Note the word "potential" meaning he has to sit on his arse to avoid and potential stuff.

Or ride his bike to stop anything forming - circulatory stuff to avoid potential stuff.

He can decide what he fancies doing on a day by day basis.

I got a new woolly hat (amongst other clothing) from a dead blokes place this week. Smelt a bit but I've washed it and all is now nice.

Maybe but Sing 2 looks like it will rock.

Sing was so bad it was well good. Not like that Kingsman bollokks. Utter tripe.

Good call. I got side tracked to the Muppets parody of Gloria Estefan on Youtube. Now listening to Sinnerman, Nina Simone.

    Good night, sleep tight.

    Good call.

It's got to be easier to watch on the rollers than narcos - as there's no subtitles

Bit early to start this isn't it?

Anyhow, dad's taxi tonight - early one as doing med cover for some people on a range tomorrow then the obvious on Sunday.

May we'll pop up into the loft to get a spare frame down to build up a turbo bike.

Have a good evening SS - hopefully see you in full flavor upon your return.
