Just been to Edwyn's. The man us a fool I tell you. Just tried to sell me Claire The Outsider's bedsheets saying that they were the ancient burial cloth of Jesus.
"Look, see, here. Stigmata" he said
"Bollox, see" I replied, "it's bloody tomato ketchup" said I. "Look here, see" said I, "it's still bloody wet. And the bottle is on your kitchen table".
"Disbeliever" he said, and threw me ou of the bloody Emprioum.
Who's inbred is this idiot I thought to myself.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Sounds like he's lost his way a bit. Bound to happen in the end.0

Then again, if he would have waited 20 minutes for the ketchup to dry I would have given him £20 for them just on the off chance that they were some priceless religious historical death robe of the Son of God and not some cheap nylon sheets from Matalan that a dirty old Emprioum owner had probably spanked off into.
Bet Claire the Outsider wasn't impressed though - wasn't even Heinz or Daddy's, it was that filth he gets in bulk from Aled the Fingerer in Abergavenny.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Indemnity: I know advertising pays for the site guys but I do buy cycling goods despite the lack of ads I see here. I do buy from the main protagonists (Wiggle, Ribble, Evans etc) quite regularly. Beyond bills, I probably spend more on bike stuff than anything else. In fact I don't buy anything else unless it's falling apart or it's building materials.
I have probably spent £500 on clothing this year alone as good clothing and cycle bits get advertised by word of mouth. It doesn't necessarily require the plug plug plug.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
