I passed through there about 3 hours ago. It is flat, which makes it quite good for a motorway and passing through quickly.

    Is that malarkey over with?
    The driving through bit, yep.

Used to go to Lincolnshire a fair bit for track days as Cadwell was the dog's bollox. Don't do that any more.

I quite like that area of the world and I like the fens - there's something about it.

I used to deliver from Peterborough to Skeggy. What I never understood was why in the flattest area of Britain, the roads were higgledy piggledy.
Fantastic truck stop near Thruxton for grub. A also remember waking up early and watching the gallops near Newmarket; excellent.

Cadwell was in the Lincolshire wolds so a bit hilly. Even had a section called 'The Mountain' where you get some air

Wall to wall soaps and general carp on telly.

Can't even have a drink as I have to pick up the OH after work. Bah. There's a big bottle of Bailey's sitting there...
Hmm... I need a story involving say cramp, heat stroke...

Squiggly and sides hurt from too much laughing following gangsta related shenanigans all day. Oh what japes.

Now for a quiet sedate glass of wine and an episode of "Americans" on Amazon.

Absolut wine? Sounds like something the trouble n strife is good at. Need a drink, its been a hard day even if I only did a 7 hour shift.

Curled up on the couch with The Hound drinking beer (me, not him) watching the same.

Bambini tucked up in bed upstairs so all nicely chilled really.

Got a bottle of Chase potato vodka and Redbreast Irish whiskey this week. One of them may be sampled before the evening finishes. Season finale of the 4th Boardwalk Empire series for me, had my football fix until the next England game now.

I do like Bushmills 10 year old. There's something about Irish Whiskey.

My toots were a nightmare to get to sleep. At least they won't be up early when the OH is off to work in the morning.

ZZ Top - I need you tonight - what a great track. Any totally random requests?
