That lulu lemon kit looks great!

Not as good as Lizzie's national champs kit though. White shorts actually look good on women apparently!

Proper modern-retro fusion above - i'll give them that even if they aren't stylish.

  • Oh dear, I think you have a point there. Worryingly I have a pair of the eyeshades. Although in my defence, I did buy them about 20 years ago... :(

They look ridiculous. Not as bad as Hesjedal's, though.

I expect to see a pic of you in them when it snows!

Couldn't see them on the Oakley site, have they only just been announced?

Isn't there snow forecast for Friday?

They were announced a while back, think they are available in February (but can't remember where I read it)...

    Along with the M2.

And what's going on with the chain? Needs a few more links.

    .....and a front derailleur.

What on earth is that thing on the handlebars though?

Its a very sophisticated system, there is no F mech . You press a button on the bars and the chain rings teeth
retract at an angle and the chain slips on to the small ring.

The chain uses elsatotitanium and keeps itself at the right tension ,this can be controlled using the handle bar computer.

You also hold down the chain ring button to elevate the small chain ring across and up to return the chain on to the big ring,,,, its the most sophisticated system being tested right now.

That is awesome, I had to read it twice to convince myself that you were (brilliantly) taking the p1ss.

Don't care how many times we've argued on other threads, respect for this post!
