Its a very sophisticated system, there is no F mech . You press a button on the bars and the chain rings teeth
retract at an angle and the chain slips on to the small ring.
The chain uses elsatotitanium and keeps itself at the right tension ,this can be controlled using the handle bar computer.
You also hold down the chain ring button to elevate the small chain ring across and up to return the chain on to the big ring,,,, its the most sophisticated system being tested right now.0 -
