Oi I did NOT troll him! I merely mentioned that it was hardly a classic episode! Should have put Scotty Quinell on there, he's always brilliant!

Never been certain exactly what trolling is. Is it like sitting under a little wooden bridge waiting for Stem observers to fall off...?

Full spectrum of leg/arm warmer choice there.

He must know those roads like the back of his hands, being a Brit and all

What is wrong with you people? You have two British TdF champions in the same British run team riding in the World Tour, one hopefully trying to have a go at being ITT world champion and the other trying to be back to back TdF champion and you're still not happy that cycling in this country is going in the right direction after years of being pretty amateur. You are actually allowed to be a bit happy your fellow countrymen are actually good at sport*

I'm bloody over the moon that us Aussies have a our own World Tour team now and hopefully one day they'll have a real GC contender, whether he's was born in NZ, Belguim or whatever.

(*apologies if you're not actually British)

Glad to see nobody went for the forbidden leg-warmers-with-no-arm-warmers option!

I assume they don't normally get this number of people watching a training ride!

The Aussie obviously not too used to the kind of high temperature on offer in Yorkshire so no arm warmers required by him.

    Impeccable!

Froome and Porte are, visually, a really amusing double act.

Well we don't have a "Frenchie mooning over Contador" thread, so he has to fit these posts in wherever he can.

So Frenchie was riding with Bertie and taking the photo.
Was Frenchie also watching the Giro and posting on here at the same time?

No evidence there at all of any other fans wanting to ride with Bertie.
