I expect some areas of the internet to get very excited about Froome's whereabouts as they come up with doping related theories as to how he can be in Catalonia and Salford on the same day.

    Rich, I'm unashamedly nicking that

Froome is on A Question of Sport this evening if you like that sort of thing.

Oh noes! No 'home' questions re cycling pre-2010

Froome cleaned-up for years on the pub quiz circuit. Just because he has no background as an elite athlete doesn't mean a victory here should raise eyebrows.

I'm hoping for a question re Wiggins extensive road and track palmares

More authentic to watch this episode on an illegal feed.

Oh well - basically kept in touch by Dawson alone. He was the Contador to Dawson's Kreuzinger...

It's like that every week. To be fair to Dawson, he'd be your first pick for a sports pub quiz team.

That was dire, looked even less comfortable than he did a SPOTY. Did Annabel croft ever win anything other than that chipper in San Diego (ok I admit I looked it up) or is she just famous for being on't telly?

She did Treasure Hunt. She's no Anneka, of course.

Who cares, she's easier on the eye than Virginia Wade!

If my memory serves me right, she WAS a bit Anneka (in the catsuit department)...

Whilst his looking at stems will never change, anyone else think Froome's position on the bike looks noticeably different this year?

Frenchie is your man for photo comparisons but he strikes me as looking a bit 'neater' on the bike this year?

Yeah he certainly is working on it - mostly his arms though...keeping them closer to his body rather then them being like sails.

Looks higher in the saddle too although it may just be the arms making the massive difference.

I also wonder if the new position is playing havoc with his back.

Yes he always looked a bit "mountain-bikey" it just didn't look efficient. A bit moure upper body souplesse now IMO.

Froome's style still has nothing to do with his powermeter.

Put it like this, bad boy ddraver trolled Froome about it on the Twatters. I had to administer a tweet slap to our fellow forumite

Spotted Knees staring at his stem during E3, it must be catching.
