Too bad Sky won't release power data. I'd love to see the watts Froome put out in his two attacks.

    Poor Rolland
Poor Contador, Evans, Schlek and any other amount of people. Think Nibali is potentially the only man to challenge Froome on this form. Hopefully there can be a Nibali v Froome showdown next year.

    In the Giro

Brill. No more stupid head to toe in red dots.

Mr Richardson on Eurosport pretty much just said the same.

    Who's no. 175 for Garmin?

If you keep the link below open during the race then you can see for yourself who is who. Commentators dont always say everyone's name you can see :)

Awesome ride by Froome, disappointed in Contador, thought he could put up more of a fight than that. Chapeau to Quintana for today

    Mollema still on 2nd.

He was only 6 seconds behind Bertie come the finishing line. Bertie suffered big time after he got dropped by Nieve.

If you're going to try and keep stirring things up at least try and make it a bit less obvious.

I guess that Rolland's effort early in the stage meant he thought he wasnt likely to get any points and so he eased down. He got dropped very early.

Actually, as someone who trains with power, I am always interested to see power data, especially after big attacks in big races.

I also find it amusing how you keep going after me and ignoring others talking about doping and talking about Froome doping.. Can you e any more transparent?

Another great stage with attacks from far out. This TdF shapes up nicely. Looks like a very tight race for the podium.

Outstanding by Froome. Bertie seems to get into better shape bit by bit. Quintana could get in the mix for the podium - bring it on

Easily, I looked and the KOM averaged 14.1 mph. I am guessing he did better then that!

An impressive win by Froome and a good ride from Dan Martin to move up to tenth on GC.

Going off topic, can anyone identify that piece of jazz-style music that Eurosport are playing over those little info packages after some of the adverts?

I'm not sure I'd describe a stage that was so predictable that you could almost have written the report beforehand as 'great' although there were some impressive performances.
