If G does make it through today, he's got the prospect of trying to hang on to the back of the Sky TTT train to look forward to tomorrow.

Flat parcours tomorrow, lots of rider rotation...a breeze for poor G compared to this

Just my opinion, but I think Geraint should retire. A fractured pelvis is no joke :(

Couldn't agree more. Pointless making him carry on.

Is that Belkin on the front?

Going to set Boom up to get some points so he can take the mountains jersey?

Just a bit concerned about him letting go early and struggling with the cut-off.

With a name like Frenchfighter you should feel right at home in Corsica.

I've stayed in Sagone, Porto and Calvi.
Very special place, the West coast of Il de Corse.
The road from Porto to Calvi is a really, really scary place.

But on the other hand, they cant nurse him around too much and risk shedding loads of time to Saxo, Garmin, BMC...

I have a horrible feeling today might take it out of their hands anyway :(

I'm sure Sky have already planned how they're going to ride tomorrow with just 8 guys. He'll be a big loss but there's still some serious TT firepower without him

The most stunning three day advert for the Corisican Tourist Board. It is now on the list.

I like a tipple as long as it is ABC, but I'm more of a port lover. My husband is the real wine buff. He told me where to look online for Corsican suggestions.

We've decided we're going to Corsica on holiday next year. Looks like they're going to get a lot of extra visitors following this. :D

I think you might be right. He has had no luck at all this year.

    Keep fighting, G.

Don't miss out Bonifacio on the southern tip of the island. Have a look via Google Images.

According to Ned Boulting on ITV's travelogue bit, it has THE highest murder rate in Europe

Vendettas. They don't bump off tourists.

A lot of armed people driving about it seems.
