Kiri must be ill. Just one Sky rider then Porte and Froome.

    Rohan still at the front.

Must have misread the sign, thought it was 1km out.

Doesnt make such a large impression and is only bridging to his teammate. No reaction from the rest.

Look at this boy. About 2 years at Sky. Wasnt putting in performances that shout out loud. Now he has decimated the whole filed single handed.

It's almost like they've been training their riders!

Meanwhile Valverde goes off on his own

Froome looks more on his power meter than on the road.

Not to mention the year he had off for the team pursuit.

Valverde solo and opening a gap.

    Busche joined Wellens.

    Porte on the front.

Froome gone for a Sunday stroll.

You mean the boy that's a Team Pursuit World and Olympic Champion and has been consistently lauded as the next big thing since he was a teenager?

    Dennis doing bloody well.

Contador 5th wheel with one teammate.

Rohan 3rd wheel and doing a great job. Neo Pro. No teammates.

It's borderline bullying not telling Froome about his choice of glasses.

I wish Contador had tried to join Valverde. He has two temmates with him.

    Moreno there, no JRod.

    One NetApp rider.

Coming to boil nicely. Titchy Richie leading grouplette 37s from front. Trucker Dennis putting in a stormer. 4Km to go. Short mountain stages: approved.

But you suggested that he hadn't been putting in the performances, which is an unfair accusation when you consider that last year was spent training for the team pursuit. Oh never mind.
