Thinking about going for a single ring up front - should drop another 400g off!0

My 2010 sensor 2.0 owned for about 2 years fairly standard apart from ks seat post, deore brakes & i've been playing with different bar/stems currently got ragley 740mm risers and raceface 70mm stem on and feels about right to me now. love it.
I really need to sort the brake cables out0 -

That saddle looks unbelievably uncomfortable.Cube Analog 2012 with various upgrades.0

Lots of flex in it! Surprisingly good.
Tried my SS ring today - total abject failure! The chain would just not stay on. And I mean riding slowly over flat ground! Just constantly clunked then derailed it.0 -

From SS's other posts, it would appear his may be machined wrong.....even with a plain ring mine never fell off just riding along, only when changing gear.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Thought id post the updated version of my Arrowhead and Chucker since they have undergone some pretty significant changes since the last time i posted them up here.
A major revamp for the Arrowhead: Stripped back and polished frame and a disc brake conversion, and an unplanned/forced drivetrain upgrade is pending. Just need to get it a new cassette.
Before pic
After pics
And a huge upgrade in performance on my Chucker, with some wheels that weigh over 30% less than the old ones i had. The old ones have now gone on the Arrowhead. The new wheels have transformed the acceleration.

Thanks for posting this! I've now got one on order for my Avalanche0 -
Nice bike
Glad I could help out with the mudguard, it's such a good match.
Watch out for those rubber grommets in the down tube and seat stays, they don't stay in for long!0 -
I don't know if this will suit you, but I moved my poplock lever from the right over to the left. I did not like the big loop of cable that looked like it could catch on a stray branch.

Added some colour to my forks.

Great Looking Bike... Was on the verge of getting a GT a couple of weeks ago, then decided to go with an Orbea..0 -

Really like the yellow on the forks! I've got the yellow 'Rock Shox' lettering to go on mine, but I'm leaving the grey stripes for some contrast.
With regards to the lockout switch, with it being a right handed lever I'll be leaving that as is.
You were right about the blanking plugs for the seat stay tubes, they've vanished somewhere. I've got a bottle cage on the down tube so I still have those plugs as spares. Might just fit some allen bolts to blank them off permanently on the seat stays though.
Here is my mudguard fitted, it's no longer as clean as this ...
