It was Uran. No idea how you can mistake him for Henao.

I am thinking I would rather have Carlton Kirby rather than DQ. He is pants!

Let's face it, DQ couldn't identify his own mother if she was contesting the finish of a bike race that he was commentating on

Very pleased for Santambrogio. He has done so well since joining Vini and riding for himself not for someone else.

Nibali is a level above the field. Suspect he'd be favourite on this parcours over a 2012 Wiggins in dry weather.

I bet Astana are very happy about forking out all that cash for Nibali.

Uran gains 3 second on Evans, but loses 30 plus the boner to Nibali

Great, missed the finish. What a shambles today, weather, and coverage.

Did well to get away (I assume) but Nibali couldn't have made it more obvious that was a gift if he had pushed him over the line.

"Nibali maintains his lead of 1'26" over... Which he extends..." - its like he's lacking experience in speaking aloud, never mind commentating on bike races

Well that's a first, drifted off and missed everything...oh well, snoozefest Giro for Nibs then (literally)

(next time somone asks why Sky pulled back Uran and Heano for Wiggins/Froome/Porte, this is why)

Nibali really strong. Doesn't even need arm warmers. Gesink with the usual tactics.

Also, nice ride by Sanchez for once. Didn't even remember he was riding at this point.

Get in there Santambrogio! 1 second off a podium, a few quid on him each way at 150/1! And Betancur as it happens. And Sanchez. And Scarponi. :-)

Well if that is Uran's bad day I would take that. Still in a podium position.

So will the TV cameras have a record function or do they only beam live pictures? Would be nice to see how that final climb played out.

So would I, but I'm not a genuine top level GC contender either

Pross, I only woke up for the stage results, is that literally all anyone else saw too then?

Except Uran and Henao still placed better than Wiggins no matter what happens

On a more serious note though, I'd say Uran is doing ok and still in contention for podium, even after pulling back for Wiggins.
