Btw, look what i found in the shed!!! A straight stem! It has a slighty golden brown colour to it, but its alright.
And what the fuck is it with Zoom and using M7 bolts?! My fork had a missing m7 bolt too.
I ended up having to re tap the stem to use m8 bolts and i took the m8 bolts from my BMX stem...
I had blue Titanium bolts in the spares that didnt fit my old stem, so i got them on there too.
I got the new stem on eventually and i put my new raceface ride 2012 bars on. They were meant for the chucker but ill just get another one.
Got the fat Tioga tyres on now for the offroading (courtesy of PashleyRider, was a massive help!) so ill try it out tomorrow.0 -
