chase group working to get the break back but now up to 23's
Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.

split up to 32's now - break away working together & chasers not organised

I would favour a robotic middle-digit salute across the line.

Was a demon on the descent and looked like he had more in the tank when looking over his shoulder at the others

Oh, yes. I need to stop forgetting about Ryder.

Also Rujano and Pinot. Gives them extra reason to attack on the climbs I guess.

  • Really enjoyed watching that run in from the last descent, Wiggins worked hard I thought and showed a good turn of pace he lead out coming over that little rise as the finish approached. Good for the race to come as there were some likely GC contenders in that breakaway group. And it was sunny!!

Great experience for Joshua Edmonson on the front for Sky there. He'll learn a lot from Brad etc

Nice one from Sir Brad. 2 days running Sky go for broke. That whole break was down to Wiggo, who makes up for the fact that there is no ITT.
