Google translate gave the result as:
1. De Haes (LTB)
in February. Farrar (GRS)
3. Swift (SKY)
which seemed harsh.0 -
I think we can now say with some certainty that Cav's move to OPQS is a complete disaster."I have a lovely photo of a Camargue horse but will not post it now" (Frenchfighter - July 2013)0

The riders must really be embarrassed riding with those bathing caps on their heads. Good lord, they are still dead awful.
They are a bigger threat to cycling than doping is.0 -

Tks for the photos. What is being said in the 3rd?
Decent that it didnt end in a bunch sprint. That Brookwalter fellow - came to notice in a Giro TT when riding in support of Evans.
Cav doesn't sprint for minor placings unless he is going for a points jersey. Cav would beat Eisel 19/20 in a sprint and the 1/20 sprint would be due to a mechanical. I bet he is much happier now then last year and will win a lot more than last year. Come the Tour he will have a team 100% behind him and clean up. He is too European to be at boring, modern Sky.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Yeah, OPQS did brilliantly by him today0 -

I'll take Cav's opinion over yours, thanks.
@opqscyclingteam boys looked after me superbly. Thanks guys!Contador is the Greatest0 -
Cav is on a honeymoon period with his new team. He was exactly the same this time last year at Sky. Same messages, same tweets. Basically a find and replace with the team name and its just recycling. Plus he's also trying to stick 2 fingers up to Sky, very childish, but that's Cav for you.
He should never have been in that position, in that 3rd group, with his team - classics specialist team - being caught the wrong side of the split. If this had happened last year, you would have been posting Sky FAIL.0 -
I'll take his word over yours.
He always thanks his team mates, stop looking for what isn't there. Especially as Cavendish isn't one not to speak his mind.
And you can be certain Quick step are there to help him. Racing is hard and they are not always going to be the best. You can be sure that soon they will gel and by the races that matter Cavendish will be riding to victory after victory with strong support from his team.
Quick step have been bid on him for a long time. They didn't go after him to fill out the numbers or for his points.Contador is the Greatest0 -
I'm not talking about the rest of the season, but today's race. Simple.0

Cav thinks his boys did a good job today. You don't. It's a pretty easy choice as to who I am going to go with.Contador is the Greatest0

Look at it, man! Pathetic.

This is what Cav is referring to. Sounds like a team backing him in a solid manner.
..having jettisoned a number of riders off the back, including Cavendish and an accompanying phalanx of Omega Pharma-QuickStep riders. To their credit, they managed to close a gap of almost a minute and eventually bridge back on, but the effort had blunted their willingness to lead the chase on the run-in to the finishing line...Contador is the Greatest0 -

Had a look for Cav at the finish, he was in the back of a team car not looking particularly happy. mind you so were plenty others, the wind was blowin and was gettin chilly. I'd be surprised if he doesn't win at least one stage this week.0
-
Good echelon practice. Seems OPQS are used to Boonen being able to manage himself usually. Cav needs a little more hand-holding.
Either way, no good Qatar for Boonen = bad classics season.
Oh and Thom is right. Horrific helmets. Might as well make them purple.0 -
Btw. Just moved house. No internet. No sky tv. No bed. Relying on mobile internet and spoiler threads, and sleeping on the floor.

Thumbs up for GCN from me Phil. For what it's worth. I'm time poor at the moment so it's ideal for me to catch up.
Will google try turn this into a pay channel?Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
^
No, Iain, not going to be a pay channel as far as I'm aware. Google are looking to shape the future landscape of content production and consumption so it's far too early for them to start charging people to watch.-- Dirk Hofman Motorhomes --0 -
yeah, thumbs up from me too, Phil. GCN's TDU coverage inc interviews was really good, and your coverage of the Wiggle Honda launch also excellent.0
