Why would Cavendish get upset about being asked about LA?

I suppose "Fook off" is a little less taxing on the grey matter for little Mark. I'm not sure why he needed to call in the heavies, though. It looks like the diva attitude of some of the Premier League players is invading the peloton.
DD.
Didn't Lance do just this same thing to the press if they asked the wrong questions!0 -

Possibly, but I'm sure more would actually like to hear what Cav really thinks about the biggest thing to affect his sport. Wouldn't you?0 -
Hey, who wants links to the 42347 clips of Cavendish NOT telling a journalist to fukc off?
Anyone...?0 -
I don't know what you do for a job, SBF, but if someone behaved like that to you while doing your work how would you feel? Do you think it's ok for folk to pop off at bus drivers or shop assistants? Would you want your kid seeing that kind of behaviour?-- Dirk Hofman Motorhomes --0

Doo the research - this was posted about yesterday. Cav had just done a big set of questions many of which were are Armstrong. This this jumped up little twerp asks him the same question he was asked 10 minutes ago..... Probably the 20th time he'd been asked the same dumb question that day, but the journo hadn't been listening.0

Is this actually true? I read his auto-biog and don't recall any mention of him being a school.0 -
I'm at a loss to see how this can generate so much chat.
Every single cyclist on Twitter had been moaning about the same. Hoy did. Armistead. Etc etc.
I'd get irritated. He was being asked about something that hadn't been aired, about a guy he had little to do with other than having competed against him when he was rubbish. He wasn't even a direct rival in any way.
What else is there to say beyond sh!t stirring?
I guess if a journo is asking then we know the answer to that.0 -

Was he Cav's dinner lady when he was a school?Richmond Racer wrote:Great! I'd like a price on a new kitchen floor
And another thing - and this possibly might deserve it's own thread (admittedly probably wouldn't amount to much more than a 2 or 3 page-er, if that) - but I persuaded my missus that we should be buying from those companies that sponsor cycling wherever possible, so we bought some Quick Step flooring. All I'll say is that it doesn't quite look like it did it the fukcing photos and I haven't stopped hearing about it (oh, how I muster a bleak smile as her biting words bounce off the laminate)...
Anyone with some more positive (or not) cycling sponsor products/services experiences?

I was tempted to tap Tinkov for an interest-free loan but the thought of what might happen if I was late with a payment, put me off0

Geraint seems to be speaking sense. (hope the link works - I'm new to these parts)
I bought some QuickStep flooring because of their cycling sponsorship. Pretty nice although I did need to pay extra and meet a dodgy guy up a mountain to get hold of the good stuff..0 -
My mate had a Saeco coffee machine. He got it because of Cipo.
He thought it was great until he decided to impress a new lady-friend with a cappuccino early one Sunday morning: let's just say that boiling spitty water thing that froths the milk and his bare bo!!ocks had a bit of a set-to... :shock:0 -

It wasn't St Moritz, was it?
Some mates and I were riding through there in June 2002 (I think) and spotted the forefathers of the Quick Step team, Domo Farm Frites, with Museeuw and Vandenbroucke training in the mountains there. The ludicrous jokes we made about there being some sort of "medical" regime led by a Swiss Dr Nick from The Simpsons aren't so far-fetched anymore. We laughed all the way to the hotel bar, where it was £9 for a small beer...0 -

What if every press conference you ve given this year has been dominated by someone, you hardly know that has destroyed the reputation of your sport, makes you look stupid and makes people assume you re a cheater just because you ride a bike
How would you react if he asked the same question again?
Totally agree, whilst acting a bit of a Diva i can understand why he sick to the back teeth of the subject.0 -

Mark Cavendishh was born on 21 May 1985. So at the latest of Armstrong's wins he was 20. At the first he was 14 - so yes, he was at school. Is this a problem to you?Twitter: @RichN950
