I'm a neuroscientist. I study movement coordination and related disorders. I can't say my job's boring because the nervous system is pretty cool, and teaching can be good fun as well. If I'd known better when I was young, I'd have gone into something that would let me get outdoors more. Love it when I can get out into the countryside on the bike. On early rides, I see farmers out on the land, and often wish I had a job like that.0

Owner/director of a custom software development company. No, not Microsoft, (although our name's similar).
Not as grand as it sounds - we have 8 developers and generally have fun (although finding new work is currently a challenge).
Commute to work is 2.5 miles direct, so I often put in a loop through the local villages to up it to 10 or 17, with a few good climbs in. I think this is sensible, but sometimes wonder.
Pretty lucky to be doing what I do, where I do!0 -

I tried cycling out here but not any more as 3 friends were run over by a drunk driver and i was attacked by three "raskols" last week while cycling. Its shit out here so this will be my last rotation then back to the NHS0 -
