Excellent photo of a cricketer in the rain coupled with the fact some overseas visitors with usually exemplary records suddenly become complete amateurs against a Duke ball on a damp English wicket.

Oh grow up. We have the right to respect you but your continued use of baby language and constant immaturity prejudice this right.

Electrifying the wife -- I mean the wife's Pashley bike at a fraction of the factory price for the electric version and a neater job.

Surely this is a spoof newspaper!

But if it isn’t then there’s enough comedy gold in that one article to keep a comedian going for a year.

Van juxtaposed with van driver. I have correlated the shape of the drivers head with the shape of the van and with an r**2 of 0.96 they are identical. And the void represented by the cavernous emptiness of the van reflects the emptiness of the head, soul, character and wallet of the driver.

Well, insofar as Gloucestershire as in comedy county but no, it’s kosher.

Finding a neat solution for a large slab of plaster hanging loose from the ceiling of a spare bedroom. We have guests coming to stay tomorrow, it's Sunday DIY shops shut and no time to get a plasterer in. The packet of gripfill is old and dried up -- I did however find a spray can of carpet glue and the fact that I could use the spray cap and stroup from a can of wd40 to spray deliver the carpet glue in through the crack on the plaster, wait 2 min to let the contact adhesive get tacky then gently push the plaster back up against the plasterboard ceiling -- then finish the job with some polyfiller around the crack. Disaster averted.

Bear with me on this but it's the second video down, where Curran hits a six for his fifty. The bit that really cheers me up is the noise when he hits it. I can only describe it as a 'clonk' which seems fairly unique to cricket.
