I'm open to font suggestions though.

Just looking through MS word the two fonts that look cool to me are:
    - Mototype Corsiva
    - Vladimir Script

Both are old style fonts, but in reality I don't really mind.

Mototype Corsiva is nicest out of those I reckon.

    Viner Hand ITC? Lucida Handwriting?

    Or good old Helvetica :)

As long as it's sans serif thats fine with me, if it's a serif font (script type especially) and all fancy I will unpick it (it's the graphic designer in me)

I add my thanks to those that have gone before, Rob.

You should have the dosh now, will arrange a collection of the cap with you when they arrive.

Just tried to update the spreadsheet but it wouldn't load for me... Can someone let me know what the cost - P&P is please. Then I can pay today. Cheers.
  • £12.50 per cap plus £1.50 if postage required.

I have tweaked the spreadsheet to give running totals of amounts contributed and outstanding. It should work if everyone fills in their details correctly.

I've made a payment but still no spreadsheet for me. Rob - have specified my request via PayPal instead.

    Cheers!

Updated spreadsheet to say you've paid IP. It says Black L/XL for you, that correct?

All, please make sure that you've updated the s'sheet when you've paid. Otherwise its hard to track. E.g. JonGinge, Rubertoe, I'm sure you've paid but the s'sheet says you ain't.

Final deadline for payments will be tomorrow!

Rob - did Walz ever get back to you with a sizing suggestion for 23" heads? :)

Yes, if you're on the borderline they advised going S/M

Thanks Rob - that's what I went for.
  • I read somewhere that S/M fits up to 23 1/2 inches, Any larger head and you are advised to get L/XL.

This linky suggests that they may shrink a little in the wash though. Also gives as idea of how the personalisation might turn out. I hope we won't all look quite as dorky as this chap though.

It's good timing as the cold looks like it's on it's way to the UK, glad I wore a cap under my helmet this morning as the temp is fine but that wind has a real bite

I'm chasing down the last few payees now so that I can send off the order tonight. Having had a proper look at the caps, I don't think the logo on the back will work as that's where its elasticated. Instead I'll go for the sides, probably over the ears. If its only to be one, on the left (for when you're passing) or on the right, for when they pull up next to you at the lights>

I say right of the cap, on the front it won't be that visible unless you are going in the other direction and trying to read that at closing speeds at or over 40mph will be tricky
