    Nice photo that one.

I would say it is a rider from Eastern Europe - that grimace has got Soviet written all over it.

In case people were wondering it is not Armstrong above but the bloke from the film. Very good likeness though.

[nerd alert] Are the computer and brake caliper historically correct? Look a bit more recent to me.

Yes it's a good one, good to send out for promotion. Cheers for letting people know who it was.

From memory or checking the number vs the startlist given the descent is somewhat clearly MSR?

A bit of both. I guessed it was Puccio because it looks like him, but wasn't sure it wasn't Kiryienka so I checked.

And even someone as clueless at spotting climbs as me knows that's the Poggio.

That makes it easier - Richie Porte

(I intially thought it might be Chris Sutton - I'm not sure why, the Vittel bottle should have told me it was a French race)

    Yes it is Porte.

I have no idea who that OPQS rider is and doubt anyone could get it tbh. Really cool shot though. Other shots from that race and possibly a front view of the OPQS rider here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/101300804@ ... 385809445/

It looks like Stybar to me, he has that low crouching cornering style.

That reminds me of this advert:

Completely off topic, but while I was doing that post ITV announced that Mark Cavendish is going to be on Surprise Surprise tomorrow. He's dead to me now. Did Adrian Timmis go on it when Cilla was hosting it? No he did not. Forza Marcel.
Maybe it was Holly Willoughby's boobs that did it. We know he likes a large pair of boobs.

The Race was the Brussels Cycling Classic, there isn't really enough to go on with the photo.

    From the photographers website.

Both of those are revolting and whoever created them should be ashamed of themselves. A demonstration of a total lack of class amongst a lot of other things.

If you told us what race/stage/year it was then it woud help. Whoever it is, they are being caught by or catching Peter Velits.

Sure, 2012 TDF time trial to Chartres

In that case it's most likely Vino.

Here's my reasoning: You can see an Omega Pharma car with the initial P on the front, which is only used if there are two riders with the same surname on the team - which means it's Velits. So then you just have to find who started near him. Vino started two places ahead of him (and was four minutes slower)
