And who's the one with the red tie?
Part-time, hobby basis only, doing the odd race with the NFTO set-up. Got a full time desk job0 -
that looks like the least fashionable group of riders ever - where's a bit of European flair ? baggy jerseys, crappy sunglasses etc0 -

Here's a quiz for you all. How many of these can you name (I'm missing two)
(And just as interestingly - who isn't there. Kennaugh has recently had a baby, so good reason for his absence)
No Wiggins....Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0 -

Same as with Cav's wedding (who he's much closer to). Not a big one for social stuff with team mates, ex or otherwise. Even less so if Froome is going to be there.0 -

Michel Dernies in the Motorola jersey? It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.0

The Lampre rider is Spruch I think. Amazing how long that sponsor has been around, right?
The Tulip Computers rider could just be Adrie van der Poel, but not sure0 -
Looks like Clancy next to French Wig Man.
Guy on left in GB top looks like Chris Newton but it can't be."A cyclist has nothing to lose but his chain"

Does that mean it isn't Luke Rowe, or it isn't a GB kit?Team My Man 2018: David gaudu, Pierre Latour, Romain Bardet, Thibaut pinot, Alexandre Geniez, Florian Senechal, Warren Barguil, Benoit Cosnefroy0 -

Luke is there but not the one in GB kit0 -
I'm pretty sure the tall bloke is Courtney Rowe - Luke's dad (possibly the older chap spotted in South Wales riding in full Team Sky issue garb and bike, some months back). Can't work out which one is Luke.
Would have said that one of the lads on left were Geraint, but seeing as he didn't ride Richmond....
Could one of them be Ben Swift? And - how far off the mark is it that the lad in black SIS kit is Steve Cummings?0 -

Yes for Courtney, Yes for Swifty but no Stevo. The lad in the SiS kit rode the Worlds, but at Cross. One more road rider to find, although I believe he has also ridden the Cross and MTB Worlds.....then to identify their positions.0 -

Well done0 -
My photo taken at the 1992 Giro in Northern Italy.
Tulip rider could by Harry Lodge - one of only three GB riders in that years Giro.0 -
Don't look like Harry Lodge. How about Soren Lilholt is the Tulip rider. Luc Leblanc in the Castorama kit as a longshot.0

I reckon first guess is correct: Harry Lodge. Same physique as him, longish blonde hair...and he rode those Time shoes (mind you; "skinny and rode Time shoes" in early '90's could describe half the peloton...).
Anyone else get a hint of "blonde Geraint Thomas" in that Gerard Rue photo?...0 -

Never did win Fleche Wallonne, even though I shook his hand (when he was older) and told him he would. :oops:Organiser, National Championship 50 mile Time Trial 19720 -

Timmis is second there I think. Sutton 4th? Paul Watson??Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0

ANC Halfords in 1987 TDF:
Elliot, Bernard Chesneau, Guy Gallopin, Graham Jones, Kvetoslav Palov, Shane Sutton, Swart, Timmis, Watson.
Guy is one of the cycling uncles of Tony Gallopin, I think. I seem to remember his main tactic in this race was to hang on to the back of the bunch for dear life til about 10 Ks to go then roll in at his own pace. He did reach Paris, though (at the end of a good career).
Weird-thing-on-head-guy may be a 'hairnet' helmet with a cover?0
