The little one is Luke Rowe. He still looks exactly the same. Is the other one his brother?
Incidentally, this morning I saw someone riding through Cardiff in full Sky kit - and not the regular kit either, the yellow trimmed one they wore in Paris. I thought he was the biggest 'full kit w*nker' ever, but he might have been a Rowe or a Thomas (dad age) so that would be fair enough.
