Its the climb to the Croix de Fer, but riding from the North (as they are doing today) you arrive at the summit of the Glandon first, then descend for 500meters, turn left and then climb 3km to the summit of Croix de Fer**************************************************

Reminding me this like the start of the Indurain tours just replace Evans with Tony Rominger 2nd best once again.
Except we won't see this parcours next year and it will have Bertie all over it. With Tinkov-bought domestiques?___________________

Sky must be planning to attack on the last climb, drop Evans and 1/2 Sky. Looks ripe for the taking to be honest.0

Why bother when Froome TTs like Canc these days?
Is everyone else riding worse, or are Sky just on another planet this year?
Mick Rogers leading Sky to drop the peleton, whilst Evans looks completely dead..0 -

Cobo up there? Froome and Wiggins will be glad to see him!0

A lot of GC riders are really disappointing. Sky can't be pushing that high a pace if the likes of Zubeldia and Cobo are getting back on / TJVG still up there / lead group staying away. All points to Evans just not having the legs, and Nibs only wanting to attack on the descents. I suspect VDB will have a crack on the Toussuire.0 -

Is that a genuine question (never know on here)? If so, he's on an indefinite break from racing for health reasons following a hip resurfacing operation last year that apparently couldn't cope with the strains of pro cycling.0 -

Yes was a genuine question - I wasn't suggesting he was still in the scree.
Shame. Good rider.___________________

Rodgers still going, not hard, looks like they trying to save porte for last climb, someone should at least try to attack sky to use up their riders.0
