    Yup.

I'm not exactly bowled over by the quality of the action today.

The tour needs to double the teams and half the riders on them.

    5 each. Job done.

Count out Sivtstivistov, Cav and Eisel, they're already down to 6... with the same result.

Yup it was a great job of work... He is a great climber as well as world class TT'er apparently

Hasnt he been a fairly decent GC rider in the past?

Certainly was... back in the good ol' T-Mobile/ Telekom days!

It was hardly Pantani-esque though was it? All he did was ride at the same pace as the breakaway, the time gap barely changed.

So I picked Kiryienka for the stage... YESTERDAY, and it turns out my missus has a bit of thing for him ("as a rider!", she protests...).
    I'm starting to think he's a tosspot.

Ha Brackovich attacked so was obvious VDB would go, silly really with your team mate up the road, maybe astana dont have faith in kisowhatsisname. Sky will still ride tempo they wont loose 4 minutes and will go faster at top anyway when cuddles attacks, I like pinot good rider, good tactically also, NIbs will have to chase soon
