Better by Sky, haven't hit the front until 7km out and now have a full train available. Hopefully it will help keep the pace up and spread the sprint out a bit!!0
-
One thing I can never work out is why the sprint train doesn't place a rider behind the sprinter to protect his back wheel?0

Sky's 7 train goes to 6, lets see if they've got this sorted.... 2,5km to go....0

Piece of cake. To be expected when you are dropped off 150m from the line like that. Great from Sky.
Cav, Goss, Bennati ?Contador is the Greatest0 -
Go Cav! Go Cav!0

Sky nailed the train for once but thought Cav went too early for a bit.0

Farrar shelled. Hushovd shelled. Bauer trying to drag back sprinters on, Goss and Cav still up there...
Remember we re going through a "it's cool to say it's crap" here on Pro Race at the moment! We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

I've wondered the same many times. I would have thought it a good strategy.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Once again it all looked a bit of a close run thing with riders queueing up behind him but as soon as they pull out they aren't going anywhere.Trail fun - Transition Bandit

Not kosha.
Some people do it, but you don't win many friends doing it.
There's a general agreement that sprinters will fight it out between them, and not have a load of no-hopers getting in the way.0 -

To be fair, I'd be pissed off as well if I'd just sprinted to victory, was completely knackered and some fat cameraman shoved his camera in my face and wouldn't let me past.0 -
FFS! Is there no way to turn off this fucking crap that stops me posting and telling me other people are trying to post as well? So irritating.0

great lead out with a full train by sky.http://veloviewer.com/SigImage.php?a=3370a&r=3&c=5&u=M&g=p&f=abcdefghij&z=a.png

A lot 'easier' than it first looked on the replay. Goss forced Cav into going early but never looked like getting around him.0

I'd argue with it. It's his sprinting ability that's made him famous.Trail fun - Transition Bandit
