Wow, Stannard blows after trying to peg Boonen for a few km, and yet Boonen is still going away...

33k to go, 51 seconds gap, sky not riding smartly (not doing bit and bit) I'd say he looks fairly good!

  • Why are Sky so poor at big races?

Tell, you what, Mr Cavendish must be watching this with some trepidation! Sky can't even pull back a single rider...?

Too many really good domestiques, no out and out world beating cyclists?

  • Someone has to attack this group. They need 3 or 4 committed to it.

They do have a decent sit in sprinter for the pan-flat events though.

But he's the best rider since Merckx!

Am I the only one regretting Cancellara not being in this race?

Most I can lose is 220.
Can't believe there's no-one in that group with the legs to attack. At 2/9, worth a punt.

Has Boasson Hagen ever attacked in a classic? I think it's about time he grows some b*llocks and gives it a go. At least he can say he tried. If he can TT as well as he does then he can give it some gas here...

Think you are all making judgements too early. Be interesting seeing the opinions of this post race. I am expecting boonen to slow in the next 10km
  • Boom still has some.

EBH fooked despite doing no work. Heroic
