it`s a Facebook page for ALL cyclists, NOT a company..NOT an individual...

jump on board , make it work !!

But what is signing up to your Facebook page actually going to achieve?

Anyway, I've written a little chant for your cause, and it goes a little like this:

    "Whadda we want?"
"To make UK roads cycle friendly just like mainland Europe has adopted by signing up to a Facebook page!"
    "When do we want it?"
    "Now!"

It may need a little tweaking, but I'm sure you'll agree it gets the message across nicely.
  • it`s a Facebook page for ALL cyclists, NOT a company..NOT an individual...
And you're posting this on a forum for ALL cyclists, etc?
  • if your a cyclist ,,what`s not to like about it...encouraging safer roads for the UK,, it`s all good !!

if 10 million people campaigned for cyclists to have right of way on UK roads, would make cycling on UK roads alot safer.

Lets say that every cyclist in the world clicks Like on your page, what will happen? How will you make it happen? Who decides what is the right thing to happen?

Safer roads is a good thing, but all you have done is link to some Youtube clips and set up a Facebook page.
Its like me "campaigning" for safer Formula One by linking to the last 20 minutes of the film Senna and setting up a Facebook page.

If you're not talking to the policy and decision makers, nothing will come of it, whatever "it" is.
FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
    FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse
FCN 9: B Twin Vitamin - winter commuter/loan bike for trainees

    I'm hungry. I'm always hungry!

Nice one mate. Link me up to your Facebook page and I'll gladly sign up. It's good to see someone taking proactive steps towards making the Formula 1 safer. Respect!

You say safer roads, but what is safer to you? Segregated bike lanes? 20mph speed limits everywhere? Compulsory helmets?

What do you want and how do you propose to get it?

No, no, no. You've all get it wrong!

It's to make EVERYTHING MORE SAFERER for CYCLISTS!

Umm... if you're not trolling, you might start by saying how you'd plan to achieve this. Saying "let's make everything better!" doesn't constitute a plan.
Sometimes parts break. Sometimes you crash. Sometimes it’s your fault.

Last time I checked we did have right of way on UK roads. Priority is governed by a number of other factors.
    Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
    Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
    Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX
  • it`s quite simple... a Facebook page to help make the UK roads more safer for cyclists.

Are you a cyclist? Suspect not otherwise you'd be able to express in more that "its a facebook page simples" what it is you are promoting, why and how it will actually succeed.
