Gah, think that signals the end of any fightback from me... wonder how close I can get to the last two year's podium points?
  • Doubly annoyed to miss San Sebastian now I seen the scores after Eneco
  • Getting in my picks early from now on ;)

    Greipel for Vattenfall
Contador for la Vuelta and Orica for the TTT
    EBH for Quebec
    Hesdejal for Montreal
    Spartacus for World ITT
    Armstrong for Ladies
    Boonen for Mens RR
    Armitstead for Ladies
    Moser for Lombardia

All subject to change, but at least a pick is guaranteed

Sorry TTHR! I'll remember to get threads up nice and early in the future.

Anyway, San Sebastian has given us a new leader! AV seems to have hit a run of bad form in Eneco and CSS, allowing iain to nip ahead and rack up a 30 point lead. Still... plenty of opportunities to claw back some points in the Vuelta.

Cruel. A rather brief visit to the rarified heights of the top 10 before being rudely ejected for daring to make a risky pick for San Sebastian.

  • I think I've calmed down now ha!

It's just like Astana TDF 2009, with me in the Contador role. I must overcome this adversity to triumph!

    Or something...

I vote we get rid of all these one day chipper races, OK keep the big classics but these bloody stupid crap races are costing me too many points! My riders either crash, or get caught up behind one.

Also can someone pick my toys up and put them back in my pram, cheers.

    How did that happen?
I'd written off this season after a disastrous TdF, but now seem to be second...
Still, I traditionally have an awful Vuelta, so there's plenty of time to drop back out of the top 10....

Completely forgot about that, might as well sack this year off and start focusing my training for next year.

  • Any particular reason TOB isn't included in PTP?

    Lack of interest?

Yeah, Lombardia was pretty much a wash-out in terms of points scoring, so it all comes down to Paris-Tours once again, with both iain and Art still in with a chance of winning. Both can PM me their picks if they so wish.
